This was a last minute reservation due to travel issues. The room was fairly small but was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and the airport shuttle was efficient and convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

I was here for a Balloon Decorating Convention and spent about a week there. The staff were so accommodating and friendly in all aspects. From the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaning crew, I was never let down and always felt welcome. The shuttle bus from the airport runs every 20 minutes which is REALLY convenient. This Marriott hotel is less than 5 minutes from the airport and is very convenient. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes from the hotel. The staffs at the restaurant are very friendly and customer focused. I've stayed here before and really liked it; however, I liked it even more this time around! The customer service was really exceptional this time - the hotel itself, is great - clean, beautiful, etc. but the staff really outdid themselves this time!

Stayed at the Marriott St. Louis Airport during a recent business trip. While the hotel is in need of some construction upgrades, everything is still top notch. The experience started at the reception desk and continued through dinner, breakfast and check-out. Nothing but good things to say about the treatment and comfort at this landmark hotel.

During our stay, I found the Concierge Lounge staff to be extraordinary. In addition to being genuinely friendly, the staff knew guests by name and made it feel like I was visiting a family member's home. I stayed at Marriott STL Airport last week (1/23/2017) and went to concierge lounge for Happy Hour. I can't believe how nice the staff at the concierge lounge especially Joanne. Joanne was so kind and nice and took care Marriott guests beyond my expectation. I would return to this hotel in near future. Thanks Joanne.

I have traveled to St Louis frequently over the past 5 years and typically stay at the Airport Marriott. Extremely polite staff with a wonderful group in the lounge, both morning and evening. I've seen improvements every year and the team is always interested in learning how to improve.

This place has one of the most amazing staff members. Check in was flawless adequately staffed. Bellman Allen had service with a smile very polite. The shuttle runs 24 hours. Great hotel! Fantastic staff, friendly , helpful, outstanding. Clean rooms, great quality beds. The Restaurant has amazing choices and you can't go wrong with the fish tacos. The gym was roomy and tons of cardio and weight choices.
