It is so nice to give a high rating. Hotels have gone down in quality over the years so it was refreshing to finally find one that hit on all cylinders. Friendly staff, clean and comfy room, quiet and good internet. This is what hotels were like before hedge funds started ruining them.
The staff was friendly and professional, they made us feel welcome. The room was extremely clean and had no harsh chemical odors. The decor. was very relaxing. The bed and pillows were the best I have experienced in a hotel in quite sometime. I also liked that it was very quiet and I was able to get a good nights sleep each night.
We stayed here while attending Lucas Oil Speedway. Arrived a couple hour before check in, and was given a recommendation on a restaurant, which was very good. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Due to COVID, breakfast wasn't being served, but we were offered a selection of grab and go foods.
We stayed here to attend a recital at the college. The check-in was fast and without incident, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and up-to-date and at breakfast we had a choice of wrapped food instead of premade bags. These things alone would merit a 5 rating; however our car died at the front door of the hotel as we were checking in. We knew nothing about the town. The manager was very supportive as we made arrangements to get the car fixed and get transportation to the recital. He even offered to loan us his car! We will definately stay here next time we are in town and highly recommend this hotel.
Check in was very smooth and staff members were all friendly! Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The breakfast area was also clean and offered a nice variety of foods. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
We had a large family group at the hotel and reserved several rooms. We were in town for a family funeral and our family came there from many directions. We had two rooms for my family members and I think we had a total of six or eight rooms for the family. The hotel lobby, public areas and rooms were very clean! The desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They allowed us to use their meeting room for a family gathering place for one evening after the funeral. My wife and I had a two queen bed room and my son had a king bed room next door. Both had advantages and both were nice, clean and well stocked. The hotel offered a nice breakfast each morning. It was the standard hotel breakfast but they kept it well stocked and kept the area clean and well organized. They offered coffee 24 hours per day. There was plenty of parking close to the doors. The parking lot was well lit. The lobby was handicapped accessible and there is an elevator for access to the second floor. There is no restaurant close to the hotel, but there are many restaurants in Bolivar just a couple of miles away. I personally like the quiet hotel location away from the busy roads and restaurants. A nice quiet clean hotel. Rates were reasonable but I don’t think any of us paid the same rate, so be sure to ask for the best rate. Call the hotel directly to reserve your room if you can. …
We stayed here for a college visit. The check in was smooth and easy. The room was clean and smelled good. The bedding was comfortable and clean as well. The internet worked well. I would definitely stay here again
We checked into the Comfort Inn in Bolivar, MO on June 17 and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The desk clerk on duty, I believe her name was Kay, was extremely friendly. She got us checked in quickly and before I left the desk, she, knowing that we had our 2 little dogs with us, gave me a treat bag for them. Inside was a ball (which was greatly appreciated by our littlest dog), some treats and a little package of dog waste bags. We've traveled with the 2 dogs before and have never had them treated as if they, too, were guests. The room was great, the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.
Such a clean and nicely decorated hotel. Comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Staff very helpful and friendly. We rode our bicycles on the Frisco Trail from Springfield to Bolivar, slept at Comfort Inn and finished our ride the next day. Such fun!
This hotel is very clean with large nice rooms. The rooms have a couch you can relax on besides the comfy bed. I had a very relaxing sleep and a nice free hot breakfast. When we checked in Sean was on duty and met us with a warm smile and was very helpful . I really liked that he seemed interested enough to ask us when we left to go eat if everything was ok with our room. People like this are what make me return to s hotel. He seemed to enjoy his job and going out of his way to help. I would highly recommend this clean , comfy hotel!!
