20 plus of us went for a Christmas meal, it was absolutely disgusting. Frozen potatoes, tinned veg and watery gravy. For £25 there was no starter and you couldn't order a drink to your table. Entertainment was a disco in the pub. I spoke to the manager (Brad) who wasn't interested cause we had paid. The rooms were dirty with...

Looks pleasant from the outside. Reception staff were nice. The corridors smell & look grubby. The room was VERY dated. Bathroom floor was dirty with hair balls behind the door. Towels had black hairs on them. There was barely and enamel on the bath! Tiles off on the wall and not replaced and the ceiling was covered in yellow stains!...

Stayed at the hotel after my Christmas night out. Needless to say we had had a few celebratory drinks. The room was clean, with more towels than I've ever seen in a hotel room before. Unfortunately we had a little incident with my husband falling off the bed and hitting his back on the radiator which didn't have a thermostat...

The hotel had a terrible sewage smell from when I arrived till when I left the next day, I even opened all the windows on the stairwell to get rid of it, disgusting ! Used the hotel for convenience and nothing more, staff are nice and welcoming but the hotel is so tired it's must be embarrassing for them. Bathrooms...

Stayed at the hotel from hell for two nights ! Booked it as we were attending a wedding there ! On arrival it looked ok , arrived late and was hoping for a good nights sleep , the room 509 was apparently over the boiler room and was extremely noisy! The room itself on closer inspection the following morning was...

OMG I have never stayed in such a poor hotel in all my life. It is absolutely disgusting. The carpets and the furniture is well past its sell buy date. I would strongly advise you look elsewhere. I would never return here. The management should be ashamed for what they are charging here. The pictures in other customer reviews speak...

Firstly I would like to say that this place should be closed down. The rooms are absolutely disgusting, The carpets have more muck on them than the road outside. The furniture should have been burnt on the last bonfire night. The directors attitude is appalling. The whole hotel needs a full revamp and should be closed until it is. This...

Room filthy, beds uncomfortable! Needs full refurb, worst of all we were woke at 5.45am by group of foreign lads in the room next door shouting and making lots of noise! They were shortly followed by another group banging on their door for party in room 506!! I had to get my children up and out and drive home at...
