Detailed Reviews
We really like the Branson Hotel. We come to Branson every 2-3 years, and always stay here. We love it because its an all adult facility, and its very quiet & feels like you're staying at home. The manager, "Sai" is really nice and helpful if you have any questions or concerns. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure, for being in a Hotel! Some of the rooms are a bit small, but we are out seeing shows, etc. so it doesn't bother us. I would highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip:Â The rooms in the back are the best because its quieter, away from the downtown traffic noise.

A nice place to visit with each room being unique. Good cleanliness and atmosphere, close to down town. Although we didn’t need anything, Coffee, bottles of water, and wine were available as well as games and puzzles.

This was our first visit to Branson and this hotel was perfect for my husband and I! We chose the Haven room upstairs and at the back of the hotel. It was quiet and very comfortable. The manager is delightful and Capone’s Speakeasy downstairs is charming with a wide variety of spirits. We will be back!

While the downtown location and charm of this hotel, built in 1905, is a plus, the property leaves much to be desired. Fisherman's Cove, a room with a King-Size, was very cramped.
While lacking a microwave, table, and mini-fridge may be expected in a historic building, not having such facilities available for the customer is quite another. There was not even a common room where one could visit, sit, and relax.
All in all, the value (high price for little amenities) received was nowhere close to the price we were charged.
I regret providing such a poor review as the Hotel Manager, Sayonara, is a very friendly and caring hostess, but what the Hotel offers is very limited and disappointing.

This hotel advertises included breakfast, but this means some cereal snack, and do it yourself coffee. This hotel also has displays beautiful pictures of a wine bar, but it is closed. We were told it was closed due to Covid, but apparently, it is closed to public in general. Rooms are fine, and location is not bad. No particular charm.
It is Ok place to stay, but I think there are better options in Branson for the money paid.

We checked in at 8pm. The Quiet Quilt Room. We feel the room should be renamed the Maximum Road Noise Room. Terrible til 1am. Bed was uncomfortable, mattress hadn’t been turned in long time. Sleeping in a hole. Comforter to heavy, no regular blankets. No coffee, no breakfast. For the charge it was not worth staying here. Hotel was cute and well decorated. Someone at the desk only from 10am til 2pm. I would not stay here again The bar and entertainment was nice. Place was very clean. I just couldn’t sleep well.

I have a disability. I can't go to places like Branson or stay in places like the Branson Hotel without my service dog. I sent a courtesy message of such to the owner ahead of my arrival.
How welcome would you feel if the first words the owner says are, "I just read your message. If I had known you have a service dog, I would have told you you can't stay here." Ok... First of all, that's illegal. Then she continues to berate me for having a service dog and asking way more ridiculous questions than she's legally allowed to ask. I have been on a week long mini covid vacation, staying in 4 different hotels in local towns. I booked the Branson Hotel because I wanted my last night to be memorable and enjoyable before I go back to the mundane at home... It will be memorable alright! And it was def not enjoyable. The rudeness, disrespect, belittling, and ignorance pretty much overclouded and ruined my last night of vacation.
P.S. I gave it 2 stars because the room was nice. The shower was awful. So dark I could barely see, water pressure that made me literally wince, and a slow drain that kept me standing in ankle deep filth thought my shower.
For $200 I could have stayed at the Hilton just down the street with a night and day experience. You'll skip the rudeness and disrespect of the owner.

We never stayed but paid full price. Medical emergency prevented us from traveling. The company that manages this place does not care at all and refused to even partially refund. They aren't staffed onsite and no one had to clean a room. Further they originally told me I was outside the week window to cancel or receive a partial refund. When I pointed out I was actually within the week they told me that I agreed to a two week cancelation term. I did as we would not have canceled except we had a medical emergency. I suspect they will respond that I knew the terms and I did, but I have never had a service industry

We have found our favorite place to stay in Branson. This hotel is adults only, the rooms are clean and so beautiful. Each room is themed differently . The lady that checks you in is so kind and we love being able to enjoy visiting with her every time we stay. There are not enough words to describe how much we truly enjoy this place and will continue to keep coming back every chance we get.

Overall this was a great place to stay. It was close to the historic downtown area where the nightlife was happening, great places to eat and plenty to do close by. The hotel is quaint and although the bathroom is small in the room we were in, the room was nice for our stay. The staff were quite accommodating and helpful when needed. Quiet spot as is an adult only place to stay. Make sure to go to the cafe next door for brunch!

We are officially back open for our 2019 season. We do not have a pool on property
Privately owned is all I know.
They have parking in the rear which is wheel chair accessible. The first floor has the bar, eating area, and large covered front porch that are all wheel chair accessible.
We do not personally have discounted tickets, but we recommend calling All Access Branson. They do discounted tickets and deliver them to the hotel for free. Their number is 417-332-2121
Thank You,
Rose Backlin
