We found a great deal on our room! But like any places with a great deal we had to sit through a time share presentation. For an hour and a half spent listening to their pitch, we got free tickets for two to Oliver and Friends (great show!). It was an average hotel room, but our plan was to see...

After I'd already made & paid for our reservation, through Branson Tourism, I read a really negative review. That sort of scared me, and wasn't sure what to expect. But we were very pleased with every aspect of the hotel. The room we had, bldg. 2, was clean & as roomy as any average hotel room. The breakfast wasn't IHOP,...

Average hotel that is a little dated, but is entirely non-smoking. Good value, but the Jacuzzi room we stayed in had a very small shower that had no space for any toiletries. There were also not very many electrical outlets available in the room. The continental breakfast was okay and it didn't seem too crowded like some breakfast areas are....

We were booked into Bldg @2 and found the pool was closed for the season. Called the front desk and they immediately changed us to Bldg 1 just 2 doors down from the pool. Our room was very spacious, extremely clean, wonderful linens and loved the soap dispensers. The beds are very comfortable and good sized TV. Great variety for...

We were staying across the street and they couldn't accommodate us for 2 nights so we checked Grand Oaks never thinking we could afford it because it is much nicer. Well the price was actually a couple dollars cheaper and the rooms were 10 X nicer. The room we stayed in was very plush and very comfortable. Like my wife...

My dad and I had to stay there about 2 wks after our condo got flooded. The staff are the greatest there! They made sure that everything was right for you, and they were very accommodating! They rooms were also very clean too! Definitely worth the money to stay there.

We had human poop on the door handle, which they never came to clean up after reported. There was blood stains in our mattress from bedbugs. We woke up with bedbugs all over us and the manager refused to compensate our stay despite my physically bringing a live bedbug to the front desk to prove it. I was pretty disappointed...

A great facility with a convenient location just behind "The Ducks" on the Strip. My wife's high school classmates got together here for a reunion. The rooms were recently renovated after a tornado and are top drawer. The beds and bedding were exceptional.. Our group was blocked in building 2 with a meeting room provided. A hot breakfast was also...

There are 2 building. Building 1 is nicer than building 2 so you may want to request Building 1 for your stay. Building 1's swimming pool is indoor. Building 2's swimming pool is outdoor. The showers have a soap dispenser which is supposed to be for washing, shampooing and conditioning all in one. We personally did not care for this...

We stayed in building 2. We found it very comfortable and clean. Very comfortable beds and loved the pillows. Decor looked new. Breakfast so so but filling. Room service good but a little late . 3pm We liked being centrally located. . We would definitely stay there again.
