Love this place. We had a lakeview/ balcony room on 4th floor in the second tower. The light and water show were fantastic. Lots of
places to shop and eat. (Avoid Landshark.). Room was spacious, clean quite and comfortable.
Will definitely be back!!

My stay at the Hilton Promenade last month was amazing! This is not the first time I’ve stayed at the Hilton, nor will it be the last, as I coordinate a conference each year at this location, and we book rooms (over 350 rooms per night) at the convention center hotel, as well as this hotel (The Promenade). I’ve not had the pleasure of staying down on the landing until this visit, and was blown away by my room, the view, the ease of entertainment, my safety, the cleanliness, and ALL of the staff I had the pleasure of encountering. In my opinion, there is no other location in Branson that can give you all that the Hilton does. I’ve not ever had anyone complain in my past 8 years of hosting a conference here, with their room, and I personally have never had any complaints. If you are looking for the most modern, convenient, clean, cost efficient and comfortable place to stay while visiting Branson, I strongly encourage you to check either of the two Hilton locations out.

We stayed at this hotel during our one week vacation to Branson this month. This was our first time staying at this hotel. We arrived on a Friday afternoon. There was quite a long line at the check-in which was expected on a Friday afternoon. The line moved quickly and the front desk staff were efficient and very helpful in getting us checked in and provided great details on how to get to our room, which was located in the south tower on the second floor. From the time we checked in on Friday to the time we left the following Thursday morning the hotel was clean and appeared to be sanitized throughly. Everything inside our room appeared clean and in proper working order. When we checked in the front desk staff did explain to us that during the Covid situation that the housekeeping staff were not entering rooms during our stay to try to reduce contact. They explained that if we needed anything just to call the front desk and they would get it to us. Each night we had to call the front desk and request more towels, which is what they explained to us during check in, which was no problem for us at all. After calling the front desk our towels always arrived within 10 minutes. The housekeeping staff that brought the towels each night were helpful and kind. The location of this hotel is awesome due to the fact that it is just feet away from the Branson Landing and fountain. We had a room with a balcony and could look out over the landing and hear the music being played each night. During our stay we did not access the pool or the exercise rooms, but they did appear clean and sanitized as well as we briefly checked them out. We were not sure if we should travel during the Covid situation, but this hotel did a good job of assuring guests that everything was clean and sanitized, and we felt safe during our entire stay. Also the rooms included a microwave, a mini fridge, a safe, a few lamps for extra lighting, a smaller sized coffee maker, and many other great amenities. Overall a conveniently located hotel that provides a safe, clean, helpful, and fun experience while you are visiting downtown Branson. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely return to this Hilton Hotel location.

We are generally loyal Hilton customers, however our experience here was not Hilton quality. We had numerous issues with our stay, from being moved from our reserved room to a different room in a less desirable area of the hotel, to housekeeping issues, to maintenance issues. We had no hot water on the morning of check out due to a thrown breaker, so were unable to use the jetted tub we paid extra for and had to take cold showers. The dishes for the full kitchen were all in the dishwasher when we checked in and the dishwasher had just been started (after 6pm) so we were unable to utilize the full kitchen we paid for. While we were partially compensated for the numerous issues, I still don't feel like we got our moneys worth. The hotel is in a terrific location and very convenient to the Branson Landing. However, we will most likely stay at the Convention Center location across the street in the future. We were never recognized as Hilton Honors Members and did not feel values as such.

We apologize we were not able to provide you with the quality of services you deserve. This is uncharacteristic of our hotel and staff, and we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. You are absolutely correct that further recognition is typical and we sincerely apologize for the diminished service you received. As we do have a fair amount of newer staff we will revisit the value of our Honors members and appropriate recognition. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we try hard to make sure all of our guests have a rewarding stay. Thank you again for your feedback so we may work to improve in these areas and we hope you will consider staying with us again. We wish you a great 2020 and safe travels always.

I spend 30 to 40 nights a year in hotel rooms and typically stay in Hilton properties. Diamond Members are typically treated with added amenities. This is the first and only Hilton property that required you to board a van and get carried off site to eat breakfast. Then, if you want more than a muffin, you’re required to pay an ”up charge” for a real breakfast. I really believe they need to rethink this policy as it’s not a very special treatment of those that are spending so many nights in their properties.

We are honored to have your business and appreciate hearing your perspecitve. We do follow the brand standards for HIlton Hotels and Resorts for breakfast options and are very sorry that you were unhappy. We will ensure your feedback is shared with our executive management team and brand support for future consideration. We do offer the complimentary shuttle as the restaurant located at Hilton Promenade is not owned by the hotel and does not offer breakfast. We understand how this would be frustrating and again we apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patronage and we hope you will continue to choose from among the HIlton Brands for your future needs in hospitality.

I traveled with friends to Branson staying at the Hilton Promenade for five nights at the end of Sept. I booked two rooms with the hope of them adjoining but at least being on the same floor. When I arrived I was booked into room 313. As a single traveler I did not feel comfortable in a corner of the hotel that requires passing thru two small locked hallways that are accessed by three rooms. I did not feel safe knowing that my friends could not reach me if I had a problem in the room. Ultimately I paid quite a bit more to stay in a King suite because that was what was available upon discovery of this unsafe location. I didn't require the larger room and particularly with the lack of house cleaning but my safety was a higher priority than the steep price. The manager seemed unconcerned with the safety of the guests so I would advise you to know that when you are choosing this hotel. Definitely confirm that you are in the main hallways of the hotel if you are concerned about your safety.

Thank you for being our guest and for sharing your feedback. We want all of our guests to feel safe and secure during their visit which is why we have guest key card requirements for elevators in both towers as well as the entry to the south tower. Most of our superior and above rooms are located in the South Tower. North tower mostly has a few suites and all of the deluxe rooms. We do understand your concerns and will share your comments with our management team so we may work better to care for our guests in the future. We appreciate your business and hope you will consider us again on a future visit to Branson Landing.

Hilton Promenade Branson is a beautiful hotel located at the waterfront on Branson landing.

We cancelled our reservation at another hotel to be here. We spent a great deal more to get a reservation here with high cancellation fees. This should have been a Red Flag for us. But we so wanted this place to be as advertised and as we expected.

We expected a great location and view along with Legendary Hilton service.

One day before we checked in, we got an email from the hotel that was as follows:

And I quote:

*************
We are currently not offering housekeeping stay over service. We are not entering occupied guest rooms. We are happy to replenish any supplies - just dial "0" and set your trash or dirty linens outside your door and we will pick them up and exchange your towels and provide fresh amenities for the room. Thank you, we appreciate your business.

***********
We have been traveling on this vacation and had been to three other hotels before this that offered exceptional full services including buffet Breakfast with no Covid excuses.

We are all aware of pandemic restrictions, but almost no one in this hotel was wearing a mask or observing social distancing. In fact no one in Branson was overly fussy about covid restrictions.

After paying exorbitant charges, we were given a room facing the Railway. (Not the waterfront or promenade)
Very disappointed.

The room on the other hand looked fine on day one. But it went downhill from there with no housekeeping, no replenished towels, coffee or bathroom supplies and no beds made, and backed up sinks.

The “just dial 0” instructions went un-answered, or was redirected to another extension and then from pillar to post and finally to voicemail. When I was eventually able to ask for supply replenishment we had to wait and wait and this put a damper on our plans in Branson.

Everyone is sensitive about the pandemic effects, but everybody has moved on. Service in the hospitality industry is key to survival and no one want to listen to Covid excuses forever. Hotels need to stop the cost cutting mentality it’s not as if they have reduced room rates due to reduced services.

On a positive note, I received a message from the manager when we were about to check out asking how our stay went. Like they say, a dollar too short and a day too late.

I so wanted this experience to be unforgettable and I so wanted to write a five star review. But Hilton did nothing to step up to the plate.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Promenade whilst travelling throughout the USA. The hotel is centrally located at Branson Landing providing easy walking access to restaurants suitable for all budgets, entertainment, and the fountain display.

During my stay rooms were not serviced daily, rather upon request due to Covid/staffing issues. Staff were friendly however a little slow when requests were made for more towels. (I didn’t have a issue not having daily room serviced however the daily rate should have reflected this or compensation offered). Also, be mindful that in the event that it rains during your stay, this hotel does ‘not’ offer loan umbrellas to guests, something I found strange for a Hilton hotel.

Rooms were generous in size, including the bathrooms which boosted both a tub and walk in shower. The over all hotel was clean, however the lobby had a very strong chlorine smell (from the adjacent in door pool)

Wi-Fi internet is free but extremely flakey and unreliable, in most instances better connecting was achieved from Branson Landing wifi network.

Overall I enjoyed my stay in Branson, location was greats, given post Covid limitations I would recommend to anyone willing to spend a little extra for location.

This Hilton was one of two offered for a convention at the Convention Center across the street. Having never been in this Convention center, we registered for the Hilton at the Branson Landing with a patio, thinking it would provide a view. The view was of the alley wall and across the street, so ask about the view if you care. the hotel is three separate buildings, with pass key entry and elevator use. we had the South building meaning you take your luggage from the parking garage ($15/night) through the other 2 buildings and lobby and outside across the busy Landing seating area to Building 3. The room is large, with a tile shower, microwave, refrig, and extra sink, and lots of cabinet space, but the AC was so cold and with no controls in the room, we didn't ever get even warm water in the sink! There were no additional blankets and with the AC blowing it made sleeping uncomfortable. (it was in the 90s during the day so the AC is needed but not so much! I tried opening the door to the aforementioned patio to exchange the air, but the screen was torn and there were so many webs overhead that I didn't leave it open long and the AC blew the drapes out the door, so it appeared useless. The microwave was dusty as was the ice/glasses tray. This is not a good place for people with walking issues to carry luggage and manage card keys. The front desk staff were friendly. We got the requested coffee and cups and creamers, efficiently when requested from housekeeping as soon as we arrived. Parking in the garage was tight.

The location is wonderful....now for the very long list of bad things! First of all we reserved a King Condo with a balcony at an expensive rate that totaled $289 for one night! Check in went smoothly and the attendant was very nice. When we got to our room (222) the ONLY view from our balcony was literally a roof all around us with loud air conditioning units running. Totally unacceptable so we called front desk and requested to be moved. After a bit of time we just went to the front desk and again the attendant was very nice. She informed me that all she had was an ADA accessible room in that same type of room. Reluctantly, I agreed to that room (219). Not a good decision.... but after already changing rooms once I was just ready to settle in and enjoy what was left of the day. Don't listen to the speech the hotel is giving blaming their inability to have rooms ready on time on the extra cleaning efforts they are doing for Covid-19, that room was dirty from weeks or months past! I will be adding photos to show some of the problems. The bathrooms doors had filthy hand prints all up and down all sides. There was a filthy towel in the stack of clean towels. The cabinets in the kitchen area and in the bathroom were falling apart and had a thick layer of old dust caked up in all the corners! The carpet was not laying flat on the floor which I would thing would be very important in a ADA room since it could definitely be a trip hazard. There was a nasty residue all over the entire bathroom floor (gross)! I could see the outdoor chairs on the balcony next to ours and two were broken so I guess the problems were not only in our room. The next morning I called down to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. I wanted to have someone actually come look at this room. I was told no manager was on duty!! Wow! Really, no manager?? Upon check out I mentioned some of the issues to the front desk attendant. She later text me that she was sorry about the condition of the room and I would receive a $100 refund but I have not seen that!! Must have been a trick to hush me up? I have since text to inquire about my refund but no answer? If you plan to stay there, ask to see the room first!

Is breakfast provided and can you book room with lake view
Answer from Stacy C
Branson, Missouri1 contribution
Breakfast is not included unless you book a package that does offer breakfast with the room rate. Breakfast is available in Level 2 from 6:30 am until 9:30 am. And until 10 am on Saturday and Sunday. There are also some local diners that offer a nice breakfast close to the hotel. Lake view rooms may be booked and must have LAKE VIEW in the room description otherwise the view/room location is not guaranteed. They are typically higher in rate. Thank you

Yes the condo does have a sofa sleeper. All of the 1 bedroom condo suites do offer a washer and dryer and some are shared with other units in an alcove.

Hi There! Thank you for asking, while this is a hot topic unfortunately smoking is not allowed on any of the balconies. The hotel does have designated smoking areas around the exterior of the hotel as well as 3 smoking rooms. Once again we appreciate your taking the time to ask your question and look forward to your future visits with the Hiltons of Branson
