We stayed here during spring break of 2022. The hotel is conveniently located but not directly on the strip, which is fine with me. The 2 ice machines that they have for the hotel were both broke down until the night before we left when the one on the 3rd floor started working again. The breakfast area was a bit on the very warm side, but you can also eat in the lobby area. They probably would be better off if they would have individual milks for people instead of the milk canisters that they have to refill all the time. Breakfast goes till 10a but by 8:30 all the bread products and muffins were gone. Room was a nice size. I like that they have a sink outside the bathroom for people to get ready with while another person can take a shower. I would stay here again. I am a Best Western rewards member and got a promotional rate for the number of nights we stayed and also got double rewards points which is nice.

Ice machines are fixed and ready to go. Breakfast never actually ran out of milk, muffins, or bread they were just refilling as fast as they could. I'm very sorry that you had to wait. We spent two nights at the BW Music Capital Inn and we had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were so friendly. We arrived well before check-in, but our room was ready, so we were able to get into our room early. Our room was clean, smelled great and was well-equipped. Our bed covers consisted of a lightweight blanket between two sheets. Felt clean but not very snuggly. But with just two of us and two queen beds, we just added the covers from the other bed. Thermostat worked great, so could just turn up the temperature. Breakfast was great, with hot and cold options. Not too sure about the COVID precautions. Posted sign says wear masks, but I saw very few. Housekeeping won't enter your room during your stay, but maintenance staff came in to check the fridge without masks. I'm not a hard-core mask wearer, but don't post the sign if you're not going to follow it. Would stay again.

This was my families worst hotel experiences ever. We’ve road tripped around the United States and this tops anything I’ve ever experienced. Our first room was dirty, worn, old, and filthy. We found a long hair on the sheets, the floors were not vacuumed, and there was a molding and stained shower curtain. So we called and asked to switch rooms. At first glance the second room looked better, so we okayed it. But you will see a photo of what we found in the second room. Poop on the toilet. I also found a pile of hair behind the bathroom door with debris. It looked like they may have swept everything in the corner of the bathroom and never used a dust pan. The tissue dispenser had dried brown splatters on it that wiped with some elbow grease. It was late and we were tired. We pulled our our Clorox wipes and cleaned the room ourselves. I had cleaned everything else when I found the toilet issue or I would have taken pictures of that also. The toilet was the last straw! I went to the front desk the next morning. I will say this the staff is very nice. But they said because you booked this thru a third party there’s nothing we can do but offer you a voucher for a free night at this location. No thank you!! I don’t plan to ever stay here again. I wouldn’t even feel right passing on that to a friend. As we checked out I saw the ‘cleaning staff’. Wow, no wonder! A very young group of what I’d call girls. The hotel is very run down and old. It looks like the bathrooms have been remodeled recently but not much else. I read reviews before choosing this hotel. And I just want to give somebody a fair assessment of what you will really find. I can’t believe how anyone could be happy here. We didn’t feel comfortable using the pool or eating breakfast there due to the lack of cleanliness. I wish the hotel would’ve stepped up and found someway to take care of us considering what we found. I shouldn’t have to clean a hotel room at 10:00 at night after a long day of traveling.

While traveling with family, we requested adjoining rooms when making reservation a week prior to stay. When we checked in, we not only didn’t get adjoining rooms, they separated us from one end to the other. And, when we arrived, there was not a single person in the adjoining rooms. They could have easily gave us adjoining rooms, but didn’t want to go thru the trouble. Don’t recommend this hotel at all.

First off let me apologize that your request for adjoining rooms were not honored however special request are not guaranteed but we do try our best to accommodate when possible. The room that was adjoining to your room was out of order for maintenance so unfortunately we were not able to put your family there. You were given the opportunity to move closer and you decided to stay where you were. I appreciate your leaving us this review so we can improve upon our front desk on handling special requests and guests when those request can't be honored.

Stayed there for one night.Checking in was fast as we chose the option to fill the info on line. Our room was ready when we arrived. The rooms are large enough even with two queen beds. The heating is easy to set to the right temp you want. The bathroom is also a good size and there is also a lavatory located just outside the bathroom. The bed room is well lighted. A large size tv is on a cabinet that also has a microwave and refrigerator The beds are very comfortable and are fitted with a blanket between 2 sheets . There is a breakfast room on the main floor and has all you would want for a great breakfast. On the first floor there as a game room, a hot tub, a sonna, and a heated swimming pool. Also the washer and dryer are in this area.

I normally do not post reviews. I am only doing so to warn others before choosing this hotel. As soon as we go into any room, I always pull back the sheet and check the mattress pad and mattress. I found 5 hairs on 2 beds. Upon further inspecting, I found dirt all over the top of one bed. I continued to find more dirt under the blanket and sheet. I pulled the sheet all of the way back and found 2 very dirty socks. These sheets was not cleaned. This bed was “made” to appear clean. Had they not accidentally overlooked those socks, my family and I would have been sleeping in sheets that someone had slept in. There is no excuse for this. There is no telling how dirty, or how many of those rooms have not been cleaned with new sheets that people have no idea about. Thankfully there was visible proof in ours. I could not remove my belongings from that hotel quick enough.

Thank you for letting us know right away when you found the bed not made correctly. We change sheets in every room at check out. This room was missed by housekeeping and I'm very sorry about that. That is definitely not the way that this Best Western cleans their rooms. This was addressed right away and the front desk offered to reclean the entire room for you to make sure you were 100% satisfied. We are very sorry that you chose not to stay with us even after making every effort to satisfy you. Again we are very sorry that you had to deal with this and we hope that you will come back to see us again so we have the opportunity to show that this is not the normal for our hotel. We stayed here during our visit to Branson, and we liked this hotel. It is not on the strip, so getting in and out of the street is easy. The room was fine, and the hotel staff was great to work with. The Concierge helped us with show tickets and when we had to leave early because we got covid, they were instrumental in cancelling show tickets we had purchased and securing refunds for us. The hotel refunded thew unused part of our booked stay. The breakfast room was fine. We asked the maid service not to come into our room due to covid, but they were able to supply us with toilet paper, soap, towels or anything we needed after we got sick. During our short stay we were not able to use the indoor pool, but it looked very nice. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

I've stayed at 4 of the Best Westerns in Branson and I Love them all. I feel safe and I've never had a problem. I go to Branson at least 4 times a year and I only stay at Best Western. each of the 4 locations we've stayed is always easy to get in and out and find our way back to.

Would recommend this property. However, they really need to make sure to clean under the couch, get door locks replaced and/or be monitoring for when they start to go bad and replace before next customer. The staff couldn't have been better - absolutely amazing giving you the shirt off their back when the power went out. The sauna/hot tub/pool is well maintained and nice to relax in until 12 midnight. Would be nice to also be opened early hours in morning for a quick swim to start your day.

Jessica, Thanks for asking the questions. The hotel has Serta Beds that meet Best Western's national standards. If the beds are too firm for you the hotel does offer extra padding that can be placed on the bed. As you know design is always subjective. Some folks will love the design and other won't. The furniture in the rooms is relative new. The lobby is awesome and features a unique drum chandelier. The hotel is concrete constructed so it is about as quiet as you can make a hotel and also very safe. Our goal is for your satisfaction so if you get to the hotel and something isn't awesome let us know and we'll take care of it.
Yes the indoor pool and hot tub are both open everyday that the hotel is open. Yes, it is heated.
Service dogs should be allowed by law I would think. With vest and papers.
Yes you can get rollaway's. They are based on availability and are at an extra charge. I hope that helps and if you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.
