In short, the front desk attendant was rude. I had reserved a roll away bed after I booked and upon arrival, was told that they don't reserve them and that they did not have one for me. Aggravated, I explained that someone led me to believe they had reserved one and she again told me that she did not have...

The hotel was very dirty. When I first walked into the hotel the lobby was "okay" looking. The young lady at the front desk told me that there wasn't any elevators. So I had to park on the side of the building so I could walk up the stairs to my room. When I tried to get through the side...

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Our rooms were decent. The room was clean and very simple - no decor in the room whatsoever. However, everything else was just horrible. Upon arrival, the lobby area was very humid and just smelled awful. There was a strong smokey smell like someone had smoked a cigarette in the...

When we first arrived, the room was dirty. Then, we found out that there wasn't any soap, bathroom towels, pool towels, or cups. They did not fully clean the rooms. over all the worst experience ive ever had, if i could i would rather have slept int the car.

I stayed overnight here because I had an interview in STL but I would not recommend this place. The hallways smell and they were not air conditioned the room was decent at best, the wifi connection didn't really exist or was terribly slow and the place looks like I walked back into the 70s. Not coming back even for the...

This was our fourth stay. Staff was great. This is not a fancy hotel but if you are looking to park, stay the night, and fly out the next day the Airport Plaza Inn is perfect. Nice enough rooms and good breakfast starting at 4:00 A.M. The shuttle drivers have always been right on time, very helpful and nice. Never...

We "park and ride" from STL often. Decided to try this hotel. It is very confusing to get to. No elevators. After parking our car we had to go down a flight of stairs to enter hotel and then back up a flight to get to our room. Wifi didn't work. And the advertised early continental breakfast didn't happen. Desk...

While other reviews downplayed this hotel, it's really a stop off place for people flying out of St. Louis Lambert airport (stay and park). With that said, it's clean and staff is friendly. However, I must say the Bistro is a hidden gem. The food is better than the bar food others had mentioned. I had the chicken Parmesan and...

When we first arrived at 5 pm they had to search for clean rooms for us and another customer, the young man that helped us was great but the other woman said "let them go to the room and if its clean fine and if its dirty they can wait to change it." The room had crumbs on the carpet,...
