We stayed two nights and had used our points, but had a problem I believe it was in the choice hotel end! But, they got it solved and it worked out! That was the main thing for us! We walked in and was greeted nicely by Keri she was kind, courteous & helpful! Our room was clean about out to housekeeping other than the bathroom vent was dirty! But that doesn’t stop me from writing this amazing review! The breakfast was a feast and delicious! It was a very nice gentleman who stocked the food and kept it clean! Not sure his name but he was originally from Montana maybe (Chris-?) not sure! But a shout out to his kindness and nice smile to greet you in the morning! Thank you sleep inn who help make the stay so great! Thank you

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed and pillows were clean and comfy. Breakfast was a grab and go bag because of Covid but was still something to get you on the road in the morning. We would definitely stay again if passing through the area.

We have never stayed at a Sleep Inn before, but will definitely stay at this one again. Good experience from the time we walked into the hotel. Front desk personnel was very friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good. Nothing bad to say.

I didn’t expect much from this place but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was nice n clean and the staff was nice. We loved that our room had a hot tub in it and the bathroom was clean. The room was a decent size although we wished there was a dining area.

Took a girls weekend to the Lake. This was perfect. The room was nice and clean. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. That was fine we were on the 1st floor by the dining area so there was close access to a microwave. Breakfast was very good. Something for everyone.

Very dis pleased with thw fact tht there was no hot water and the front desk dude cared more about his hair than tryna fix the no hot water pisses off i am forsure they better be refunding fully on the price

Spacious, comfortable room, good wifi, Grab-n-go breakfast was surprisingly good (microwavable burritos.) Room service emptied trash & exchanged towels which was welcome and completely ignored in other hotels we’ve stayed in. TV was very small to view from the beds and difficult to see clearly. No closed captions were possible on this system for my hearing-impaired husband.

Beds were comfortable, large vanity in the bathroom, hot shower. Very clean. Cons were a lot of noise (some sort of kid's sporting event was going on that weekend) and no breakfast. Coffee was also really bad.. in room and lobby. Would stay here again though if in the area.

This place is amazing! The rooms are cozy. The staff is polite. We enjoyed the hot tub. Bed were really comfortable. Nice hot showers. Microwave and mini refrigerator in the room! If you want a nice place to stay at a great price I highly recommend!!

We went to pull out the couch bed so our 7 year old could go to bed and under the cushions of the couch were two adult magazines. The bedsheets were clean and made up, so these magazines had to have been left after the room had been cleaned. We quickly hid them so our daughter wouldn't see them and I took them down to the front desk. The front desk didn't act surprised or shocked about us finding them. I emailed the GM and front desk manager with no responses from them. Such disappointing customer service. We are just glad it was my husband that found them and not our child.
