Patti & Stan are the most hospitable hosts. A country B&B in the most beautiful of places. Hawkins House is a lovely old house, decorated very well. A serene country / small town setting. THE place to book. The country cuisine is most excellent.

We needed a decent place to stay in Eminence & stumbled on this B&B. It was really great, nice porch to relax on, accommodating & friendly hosts, comfortable bed, and well built/restored old home. We are not regular B&B people, but if they are all like this one, we'll be looking for more. Oh yes, the breakfast was also great.

Recently stayed in the Suite, which is a bedroom (four poster bed), separate room with a large TV, and private bath (whirlpool tub). The bed was very comfortable, but the furniture in the TV room was eclectic and the sofa was somewhat worn (but comfortable). We thought that the breakfast was a bit bland, but overall a nice stay.

Nice B&B in Eminence, especially if you have activities planned on the river. Walking distance to Windy's canoe rental. Price is very reasonable for a B&B. Room was small (Helens room) and has toilet and shower. These are behind a wall but there is no door, so unless you and your travelling companion have an "open door" policy, work out...

This was our first experience at a Bed & Breakfast. We stayed on Sunday night to do some Kayaking on Monday. Patti was out of town so Stanley was an incredible "one man show". He made us feel at home & even accommodated having breakfast ready for us earlier than planned! Room was quite pleasant. We look forward to making...

We are not B&B people, but this place may have changed our minds. First Class all the way. We stayed in the Suite...very roomy, comfortable bed, great Jacuzzi tub for two, food was incredible. Extremely close to the best restaurants in town. Kayaking was great on the two spring-fed rivers. We watched a free, two-hour Matthew Huff concert on the...

We loved our one night stay at Hawkins House. We had a larger room with a perfect sun porch area for our 12 year old son to feel like he had his own room. Relaxing in the beautiful tub was most welcome. The hosts were very friendly and we enjoyed our yummy breakfast. She even offered us chocolate cake upon...

My extended family of 10 spent 2 nights at Hawkins House and what an awesome experience! The house is huge with more than enough room for us to spread out and also be together for meals and to hang out together. Patty and Stanley (owners) were so hospitable and did so many things to make our trip special. Highly recommend...

We always camp or stay in a cabin when we go to Eminence, but this time we decided on the Hawkins House. Best choice we ever made! It was lovely and EXTREMELY comfortable!! My husband and I truly relaxed and enjoyed. It is right in town so you are close to everything..restaurants, parks, river, etc. The owners of Hawkins House...
