We are traveling for my husband’s business and found ourselves in Farmington. The only available hotel that accepted pets (we have a medium sized, well behaved dog) was the Super 8. We knew it would be basic and were prepared for that. I was not prepared for the fact that the carpet has not been vacuumed in forever, there are black (grease?) marks on the commode lid, stains on the counter top by the sink and the sink is filthy. I am not usually a complainer and try to never leave bad reviews but gosh! We were told this is the only pet friendly room they had but it could still have been cleaned. If you really don’t want to accommodate pets, then just say so and we’ll go on down the road.

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms could have been cleaner, particularly the carpets as our socks got very dirty and the box spring by the headboard was filthy. The area was convenient to food and shopping, although traffic did get congested at times. All staff we encountered were great. Breakfast was sufficient. I do wish they had an elevator, or put extended stays on the first floor. Hauling all of our things up and down stairs for three days was a pain.

not a bad place. Im used to staying at Comfort Inn. but, parking good. eating places and gas stations close by. staff was friendly. it was clean and affordable. needed softer pillows. fridge didn't get cold enough. needed a healthier breakfast (fruit or wheat muffins with fruit added)

We stayed overnight for a wedding. Very clean Hotel. Great breakfast buffet with lots of hot options and the serving area was spotless. (So glad breakfasts are back at hotels after covid-19). Our bed was comfortable, I loved the fluffy pillows. The bathtub was oversized so there was a lot of room for showers. Their shampoo smelled great. We had one thing that needed to be fixed in the room and the manager was up there within 10 minutes and it was taken care of. No elevator but stairs were right near the lobby. The check-in lady was happy and gave us everything we needed to know before we even asked. Bottles of sanitizer were around. Really great price for what was provided. Part of our group stayed across the parking lot at a hotel that was twice as expensive that did not have breakfast. We try to stay at Wyndham Hotels often for the bonus points and we have enjoyed every stay

As soon as I walked into the room it smelled horrible like mold and mildew. There was part of the ceiling coming apart the fire alarm didn’t look like it was connected. There was a hole in the wall under the sink the floor felt dirty when walking on it. The ac vent on the front of the unit had black stuff on it. The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor. I asked for a new room they told me no I had no choice but to stay. Oh and the shower did not work properly. They might want to hire a maintenance guy.

I stayed 3 nights in April 2021. This hotel and grounds were very clean and well kept. My room was also very clean and the staff was great. A special thank you to Trina at the front desk on the night I checked in. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my stay. I've stayed here before and will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Farmington.

I give this hotel and it's management and staff a huge thumbs up!! They are the most friendly and helpful of staff and management.. This is a very well maintained and is very comfortable place to stay. "The breakfast is amazing as well. The rooms are very nice and beautiful.

Clean, comfortable, looked like the room was recently updated except for bathroom. Staff was very nice and friendly. Nicely located next to stores and restaurants and next to a cinema that has 4 screens.

I stayed in this hotel last weekend and was very unimpressed. I spent the entire day in the heat and was looking forward to my cold room,(I reserved the room over a week in advance, so I figured surely it would be cool for me when I got there),a nice shower, and a good nights rest. when I checked in and got to my room, the air conditioner had not been running all day and it was about 90° in there. I turned on the air and asked the attendant at the desk if he could give us a room that was already cooled and he said they don't leave the air on when nobody is staying, and to give it about an hour and it will be cooled down, so I did. an hour later of sweating in my room, I came back and he told me after 10 minutes of checking in he cannot help me. so I waited another 2 1/2 and it was still extremely hot, at this point I was outraged that it was 12am and I had paid $97 for a room that not only didn't have a microwave or refrigerator but it was also too hot to sleep in, so I went down to the desk and asked for the bosses phone number. he said he would not be in untill after I checked out the next day. I asked him if he would give me a discount and he said "I already told you I can not help, I don't know why you want to argue with me about this." then recommended I take a cold shower to cool down. so needless to say, I would rather sleep in my car with the air on that ever stay in another super 8.

Chris at the front desk is wonderful. Unfortunately the room was not. Pricey for what you got .The carpet looked slick and greasy. The hotel smelled funny when you walked in and the room smelled even worse - old and musty. The air conditioner noisy and worked poorly. The room small and cramped. There were holes in the sheets and the 2 towels were rough and scratchy. We were told they are getting new TV's. The money would be better spent to clean up the rooms and replace the carpet. We will not revisit this property.
