I initially booked a double room for Friday 08/07/2010 until 08/21/2020 but due to my schedule could not arrive to stay until very late at night on 08/09; upon arrival there were roaches crawling out from everywhere and bugs DEAD and alive all throughout the sheets and blankets. I took photos and stayed somewhere else that night. When I asked for a refund the next day the manager said he would have to ask HIS manager for approval; after a lengthy conversation he finally agreed to refund the second week but had to wait to speak to his manager about the first week. If you are reading this you can see the date I am writing this is 08/10/2020 and I checked out today, only hours after I physically arrived. This Manager would not even pay me for 08/10/20-08/14/20 Monday through Friday and I am clearly not there. This hotel is the worst and on top of that they are trying to keep hundreds of dollars from me and I never stayed one night.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It smells l, it’s dirty, the room says no smoking but there was a burn hole in one of our bed spreads and it stunk like stale cigarette smoke. Under the beds weren’t clean kitchenette cabinets not clean, fridge had gnats flying around and in in freezer. Just all over gross. My family and I slept on top in the bed spread with our own blankets. Mattresses and pillows were a joke. No where worth the $78 it cost me

DO NOT choose this hotel if you are a business traveler. It is a hotel for local citizens on verge of homelessness or between affordable housing. I chose because of location not knowing that this property served as overpriced temp housing. To my dismay, the room I was given was roach infested. Dead roaches were piled in the refrigerator and live roaches were crawling the walls and floors. Needless to say, this was not a hotel I wanted to spend the next 4 nights in. I arrived too late to check out that night and seek other accommodations at another hotel more suited for business travelers. Front desk staff put me in another room for the night. That room looked clean in appearance, however, the floors were dirty and sticky. And, I was not convinced that I would not encounter more pests. After a restless night sleep, I checked out in the morning. This manager refuses to return my phone calls or answer emails to discuss issuing a refund for the nights I did not use.
