We had never stayed at a B & B before and we were very pleased with Edelweiss! We were greeted by Marilyn who immediately made us feel at home. The room was large, very clean and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio outside our room and had an awesome view of Hermann, MO from the top of...

If you are traveling to Hermann and looking for a place to stay I would highly recommend Edelweiss B&B. Mike and Marilyn were awesome hosts and made our stay very memorable. They were very helpful in giving us suggestions. Even after a night out we returned to a fire pit that was going along with marshmallows. When we go back...

This was first trip together and for either of us to Hermann; and we were lucky enough to select Eldeweiss B&B for our stay. Mike and Marilynn could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The B&B sits atop a hill overlooking one of the wineries and Herman. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed in the...

It's embarrassing to post a review this long after a stay, but it was a case of writing it and never sending it, so this is better late than never. During a several-day cycling trip in October 2013, my wife and friends decided to make Hermann, Missouri our base of operations. Though we didn’t know anything about the town, we...

This was are first trip to the Hermann area and we were very lucky the have selected the Edelweiss B&B. Just up the hill and overlooking the Hermann area with some of the most awesome views. They had great seating areas so you can sit around the fire pit or just enjoy sitting outside your room and enjoy a glass...

Had not been to Hermann before. Started looking at B&B's and there were so many in the area, we weren't sure how to choose. I saw the glowing reviews on TripAdvisor and called the Edelweiss. Marilyn was so friendly and helpful on the phone. We booked it for three nights the first week in July 2014. We couldn't have been...

Mike & Marilyn's bed and breakfast sits high atop a hill overlooking Hermann. We stayed here during Oktoberfest and they were more than accommodating. Modern rooms, great bathrooms, and the most superb breakfasts! Marilyn outdid herself every morning. I had to take a 4-hour graduate exam online one morning, and they made sure I had everything I needed. Wifi works...

We stayed at the Edelweiss B&B mid-week late in June 2013. Since there was little going on in Hermann at this time, there was no reason to stay in town. The Edelweiss sits on a hill on the outskirts of town with a commanding view of Herman and area vineyards. As you approach on the narrow lane leading up the...

We were lucky enough to have found a beautiful place to stay in the new Edelweiss Bed and Breakfast owned by Mike and Marilyn Jacquen. We found them by calling the visitors center looking for cancelations. I don't think they even have their website up and running yet because they are so new. They purchased the house a little over...
