My husband and I got married in the wine cellar at Alpenhorn on November 3rd. We could not have asked for a better experience. Kate and Adrian are amazing! They took care of everything. We had our rehearsal dinner at Alpenhorn, wedding brunch, and breakfast the day after the wedding. The food was so good and the quality was unbelievable....

You won't be sorry if you choose to stay at Alpenhorn! My husband and I traveled with a group of friends and rented out the place. It was a comfortable and fun stay. The very best thing about Alpenhorn is the breakfast. Kate and Adrian prepare amazing food each morning for their guests. My husband and I stayed in Das...

A gem of a B&B with gracious hosts who have thought of every detail. After a long rainy day on the Katy trail, it was wonderful to be in such a warm and welcoming environment. And Adrian even made a quick patch to a leaky bike tire for me in the morning. Many thanks!

A friend and I just returned from a bike trip on the Katy Trail which included an overnight at the Alpenhorn. I cann't say enough positive things about this wonderful b & b! We were welcomed so warmly by Adrian, our host, who immediately provided a dry spot to park our bikes (a very rainy day.) We enjoyed a soak...

For our first anniversary as a couple we took a trip to the Alpenhorn Gasthaus in Hermann, Mo. We had never stayed in a b&b before and wasn't sure exactly what we were up for. Wow were our expectations exceeded. From the food, the rooms, the grounds...everything was exceptional! Our favorite was the private cellar with millions of candles for...

We had a wonderful stay at the Alpenhorn Gashaus and will be sure to return in the future. This is a beautiful old inn with just the right touches to make you feel right at home. Adrian took us on the grand tour of the facility when we arrived and was always available if we needed anything. The surroundings were...

We have stayed in every room now and love every single one of them....they...

We stayed one night at the Alpenhorn. The rooms were spartan at best with dead flies on the floor and a very uncomfortable bed. No box springs, just a mattress on wood planks - yes that's right. The coffee pot was filmly and had never been cleaned. The port and chocolate tasting was overpriced with only strawberries and fudge. Most...

This was our 4th year in a row that my group has stayed at the Alpenhorn Gasthaus with Kate and Adrian. We love the place, the food, the dinners, the hosts, the animals and their cats. My group makes this an annual event each year in October and we book the entire house. We arrive on Friday, hit the wineries...

Our stay at Alpenhorn Gasthaus exceeded our expectations! The grounds were charming and the food was delicious! My favorite breakfast consisted of ham and egg cups with fresh herbs, banana nut pancakes, and a pomegranate smoothie. We stayed in Das Klein Haus, which was a separate building than the main quarters. Our room was quaint but the vaulted ceilings made...
