Large roomd, comfortable beds, huge bathrooms, hairdryer, kettle, fridge, air conditionning, large fluffy towels. Some well know hotels should take note ! And all wonderfully clean. And the top de top, Nathalie is lovely, speaks e cellent English and makes excellent wines. She even has a museum ! The food she cooks is excellent, and good breakfasts. All this and...

But, the B&B lies high above Chenas. The restaurant was not open for business anymore and when I booked there was no mention of it anywhere. So we had to drive down again for our dinner. Not a thing I wanted to do after a 9 hour drive. Room was nice and clean, views where stunning, breakfast ok.

We stayed here for one night on the way to Cannes, but it is certainly worthwhile to stay for longer... the rooms are in on a working winery located high on the hill and the reception is very friendly. In addition, the winery will provide an excellent dinner at a decent price. The rooms are modern and well equipped --...

We stayed, (2 couples) on our way to the Alps, and arrived in time to enjoy the views from the terrace and the red Chenas wines grown on the estate. The house is a large 60's built home, with a panoramic view which is breathtaking. Rooms are in an attached block, and are very clean indeed. It is a 15...

This is a very special, peaceful place, situated high above the cru village of Chenas (worth finding; do have the phone number), with amazing views of the vineyards and surrounding areas. Talented host and winemaker Nathalie is the most welcoming host, and her four amazing Chenas cuvees speak for themselves, especially with her mother's cooking. Do have dinner on site!

We stayed two nights at Les Hauts de Chénas at the end of September 2013. The establishment probably holds the middle between a chambre d’hôtes and a hotel. Personally we are not extremely keen on the traditional chambre d’hôtes formula as all too often the arrangements result in minimal privacy and semi-compulsory dinners and breakfast together with the other guests...

Perched well above the village of Chenas, in the heart of this great wine producing area with terrific views over the vineyards, the auberge is part of a wine producing farm with an interesting wine related interior. The lady was welcoming and we were shown to one of the bedrooms in an attaching low level building. It was clean if...

we stayed here when we were doing the vinyard tour of the area. The room we had overlooked the valley and at night we could watch all the street and house lights twinkling in the valley below. The place is tucked well out of the way and there is nothing but vinyards around you.Its a family run boutique style hotel which...

To say that Auberge Les Hauts de Chenas has a memorable view is a total understatement, so make sure you ask for one of the rooms overlooking the valley. The fading evening light and the stunning sunrise straight on to your bed will make every other lodging fade from your memory. The Auberge has five spacious modern rooms all decorated...
