We stayed secret gardens and it was just lovely. The house was very comfortable for 5 of us (and others as well) and we had a kitchen and sitting area as well. Our hosts prepared a wonderful dinner and we enjoyed our brief stay before heading out early for a long trek through los Nevados park. We would have loved...

Such an incredibly located hostel! very warm and lovely hosts who made me feel like I was part of their family. Cool traditional-like house fashioned into the hostel with large beds in the dorm. Plenty of options for tours. All in all, a great place to spend the weekend.

We spent our first days of our holidays in Colombia in Manizales. Initially we planned to stay 1 or 2 nights, which turned out to be 4 nights in the end. Secret Garden seems to offer a lovely mix of outdoor activities, relaxing, isolation, city life, lovely views, wonderful landscapes.... The self declared Hostel should not be mistaken for what...

This little hideaway is perfect if you want a break from rushing around Colombia. It is very rustic and charming and you can use a kitchen and lie on hammocks with beautiful views across the valley It is outside of Manizalles near a small little town where you can pick up supplies. I would however, recommend you have meals; breakfast...

We stayed for 3 nights with Daniel and Eliesha and loved the fantastic atmosphere and accommodation. Great hospitality; food was lovely, yoga was calming and you felt a world away from the traffic and noise of Manizales. Come here if you truly want to relax!!

We were told about this hostel by some friends we met in our travels and we knew we had to stay here. It is so peaceful and quiet. You want "off the beaten path"? This is it. We loved the rustic setting, the chiva ride to the hostel, the quaint village but most of all we loved our hosts. They...

I have to start by stating that we didn't end up staying here as when we arrived we were so disappointed by the shabbiness of the property and the rooms after reading reviews and looking at their pics/website, that we left. The property is in a largely residential area outside Manizales and although the area is of course stunning in...

Dear Dotty, Thank you for your review. I do apologize about not being here when you arrived. We had contacted you asking you to please call or email us with your expected arrival time, as most of our guests do, so we could be here waiting for you. We didn't receive a response and we left for lunch, during which...

On the hillside with great views is this little gem of a place. No frills, just a nice place to relax and unwind. The couple (and their baby girl) who run this place are delightful. The meals they serve are really good. There is also a really friendly dog there too. We had a great time here.

SIMPLY THE BEST!!!! We stayed for three nights and had a brilliant time! Lovely place, beautiful nature, great food and wine 😀! Eliesha and Daniel are the greatest hosts!!! Eliesha even made a birthday breakfast for my friend, serving his favorite breakfast with champagne and balloons! Thanks so much again!

Although it is a little out of the way, it is definitely worth it. We had such a relaxing time at the hostel while enjoying the amazing views and eating delicious meals prepared by the couple currently managing the hostel. They were also so helpful and attentive to make sure we were able to go to hot springs and coffee...
