This hotel is FANTASTIC! From check-in to check-out, nothing went wrong! The hotel is IMMACULATE from top to bottom. The service was great. My brother and I came to KC to see our cousin play against the Steelers. I traveled from NC and he traveled from St Louis. Because he got there much sooner than I and check in wasn't...

Arrived on a Sunday. Rooms were clean and nice. I like the sofa and chair and foot stool in the rooms. There was plenty of space. Marriott rewards gets you free wi fi. Personal were very helpful. It is a good location and within a short walking distance to area of downtown called the Kansas Power and Light District that...

I was teetering on a 3 star review but ultimately went with a 2 star. There were many factors that went into this review to include: 1. The drive up and check in process was horribly congested but not because of heavy hotel traffic. The employees seemed uninterested in getting people where they needed to be. 2. The lobby bar...

Stayed here to attend a conference. Overall a good experience - quiet room on the 13th floor with a nice view in the Muehlebach Tower. The room itself was comfortable if dated. One of the best things is the easy chair with ottoman. It's very rare that a hotel room has a place to put your feet up after a...

This is a typical large, centrally located Marriott whcih is ideal for the business traveller. Great location close to the Power and Light district and supremely convenient for the Kansas City Convention Centre. Nothing spectacular but good staff, good facilties and a good place to stay.

This is a great place to stay. The front desk staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance of the Power and Light District and the convention center is next door. The rooms had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I am trying pretty hard to be loyal to one hotel brand, mostly for points maximization. But it's hard when there are notable inconsistencies among all brands. Some Hilton properties are amazing, others are really not. Some Marriott properties are amazing, and others are...mediocre. This property unfortunately is sort of mediocre. It's got potential, no doubt. Good location in the...

First, the front desk, guest service staff and valet were wonderful. Very friendly and quick. I would recommend doing valet as that just makes parking easier. However, we were put in the older building and it was unimpressive. For the money I spent for a one night at the Marriott I was expecting a nicer room. (The Aladdin had much...

The hotel is conveniently located next to the convention center and some of the city's hot spots. My room was in the Muehlebach tower which is a cross-walk away from the main hotel.
