The manager at the hotel checked us and she was amazing and very kind. I am very happy with my stay and the beds are super comfortable. We came to town for Monster Jam and we were able to walk from the hotel to the event. The prices for the hotel room were very affordable!

Okay…first off the front desk staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and had great customer service. The hotel was older but clean, except for the pubic hairs in the shower of my second room. Yes you read that correctly. I requested a room on the 1st floor as I usually do since I don’t care for elevators and am not a...

The room and building was very clean. The lady working at the front desk, Anna, was wonderful. The Internet was good for our purposes. The noise level was unbelievable. We heard everything going on in the hall and the noise from the interstate was amazingly loud. We will not stay here again because of the noise.

Hopefully this will be the most helpful review for people that are staying in KC. I stayed here overnight for an event I was hosting. The lady(I believe her name was Rhonda) was very friendly, polite and helpful. The check in process was the easiest I've ever dealt with. The hotel room itself was very spacious. If that was a...

It's not often that you can find a safe, clean, and comfortable hotel in the downtown area of a major city for UNDER $100, but here we are! What a gem! The staff is AMAZING! The front desk agents are just terrific: they are helpful in every way possible and definitely point you in the right direction when it comes...

Good business visit hotel, especially if your stay is longer than 1 or 2 nights. The title says it all: spacious rooms, comfortable, clean beds, 2 TV's (one in sitting area, one in bedroom), coffee maker, clean bathroom & suite, ample drawers/closet space. Forgotten necessities can be made available. Decent breakfast. The only drawback is that you need a car-don't think...

I tried many Comfort inn in different countries and despite the comments I read below I can place this hotel in the middle. The room is noisy either due to ceiling and window faced on the road. Impossible to sleep with AC on. I just do not understand why I booked for 110 dollars and they are charging me 169...

The guy at the front desk wasn't super friendly and there was an armed security guard standing in the lobby when we arrived around 10pm. Not sure if that made us feel safer or more worried. Lots of motorcyclists in the parking lot and lots of large vehicles taking up the parking spots. Overall clientele is a little odd, but...

This motel was very easy to fine. It was located in a central location to the various sight seeing places. The room was very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very nice. Parking was free and easy to find a place to park.
