The staff are extremely kind, especially the shuttle driver, Don. The room was comfortable and the kitchen had great updated fixtures and appliances. I was really impressed until I saw the bathroom. The toilet was leaking on the floor - (which was fixed after reporting it). It won't make up for the moldy wallpaper and leaky faucets. Those were items...

This Residence Inn delivered on their accommodations. We had 2 queen size beds and a couch that converted into a bed. A full size kitchen with full size appliances. A separate sink area from the stool/shower helped with the 5 of us in our family. The room had a fireplace which wasn't super helpful in July. Breakfast was included. Overall,...

This is a great place to stay. Not only is it clean and well maintained, it is conveniently located to major tourist attractions. The breakfast was amazing! The ladies were right there to help or refill the containers. We will stay there again. Hopefully soon!!

We stayed here when attending a Royals Game at Kauffman stadium. It's a great location you are close to several attractions, shopping, and restaurants. We walked to the World War I Museum (10 minutes) Union Station, and Crown Center but you can also use the convenient shuttle as well. Boulevard brewery was a 5 minute drive away and we enjoyed...

I stayed here on a weekly basis for over 3 years. The staff is exceptional and the rooms are clean and quiet. A major plus is that it is about a 1 minute drive from downtown Kansas City right on Main street. Right across the road from the WW1 memorial park which is a great location to go walking or...

We had a nice two night stay here for business at the MARC building. The breakfast was very nice with both hot and cold food. Very nice staff. Room and bathroom were clean. The hotel was very easy to get to and the parking lot was safe.

The biggest perk was the shuttle to & from a restaurant so we didn't have to get back in the car. The AC was set very low& took a while to reset and you could hear a lot of outside noise, but it's the townhouse style Residence Inn, and our suite faced the parking lot.

I've stayed at a number of Marriott's and this one disappointed me. First, you should get a room on the 3rd floor to prevent noise from those above you cascading down. We thought perhaps there was a runner's marathon going on - or perhaps gym training exercises? We were moved to another unit. Some help but that TV reception was...

This hotel was not my first choice, but was directed here by the Marriott after finding out there was no availabilty at their main hotel. The location was conveniently located to downtown, although this is the only positive thing I can identify in this review. The mattress and couch were cheap and uncomfortable. The unit had not been vacuumed prior...
