First I guess it was ok for the price, room was all right, bed comfortable and AC worked and seemed quiet, but not a lot of guests. However open outlet in the room with no face plate which would not be safe for kides at all. Black gooey stuff on side of tub - not sure what it was, but...

What a comfortable bed! Isn't that what it's all about! Room was great, front desk staff was attentive and prompt. All was in order. Only negative was a fairly lackluster breakfast - but that is a standard in Comfort Inns. I don't choose my hotels based on Breakfast. Coffee - eh; eggs - not real, ick; sausage - sad; cereals...

Well kept up, very consistent and always busy, it is well run and always clean. Parking lot is a little tight, but the pool and hotel is generally very convenient and handy for Kansas city and the Jackson County area.

This is probably our fourth stay here this summer. It's close to our grandkids for a over night or more. It seems to be under new management, we were put in a room for disabled, which was ok but there was a phone by stool in bathroom and a handrail which both had feces on! We should have reported it...

The property has been recently renovated it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is mediocre at best. Most choice hotels offer real eggs real bacon for the breakfast. the eggs here are pre-cooked and frozen. The quality of the sausage is not the best. I would suggest that the management consider making fresh scrambled eggs as other quality Choice Hotel...

From the first call I made (to make a reservation), all the way through the stay, the manager (J Patel) was extremely rude and had NO sense of customer service. The rest of the staff seemed to range from good to excellent, but unfortunately, most of my interaction was with the actual manager, and his lack of customer service and...

Arrived and checked in and a/c didn't work. Had to take a room with 1 bed for 4 of us. Told I could get a room with 2 beds for the second night at 11am the next morning. Went down and was told it wasn't ready and basically every solution they offered involved me jumping through hoops. They really offered...

We arrived today around 3:30. When entering the lobby, Brandi, the front desk person, didnt seem too excited to be there. Check in went quick and when we arrived to our room we noticed the sheets/down comforter had several red stains. Looked like blood stains. We were headed out to eat and stopped by the front desk to let them...

For the most part was clean. Air conditioning barely worked, might have got down to 75 deg. Front desk people were fighting with each other, didn't seem like they wanted to be there. It was a place to sleep, nothing more.

Thank Steve G
