The walls were paper thin. The tissue holder wad hanging off the wall. Handicap bar in bath the screws were pulled out. Staff at breakfast wad rude to another customer because he spilled coffee. Terrible hotel with no customer svc.

-The parking lot was completely blocked with cones and rope. Apparently they had recently laid new asphalt, but were waiting "until sometime this week" to paint...More

Sir, when you first checked in we asked you for your Driver License. With the driver license we just swipe it like a CC and its gets added to your folio. You indicated to my front desk staff that you do not have a driver license and only a passport. That is why we had to manually scan it.
As a customer you should value that we value safety for our guest above everything else, and do not rent to just anyone.
I can not speak for Days Inn Kansas City, and can only speak for my hotel and my business. I follow guidelines to ensure safety for everyone which include's my guest and my staff. You may want to call the Liberty police drug / task force as they encourage all hotels to follow this practice. This is one of the main reason's why Liberty area/ community is a very safe place. This kind of practice keeps away customers who are up to no good. Accusing us for identity theft is a very big accusation which I do not appreciate.
