Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize that your room upon arrival was not 100%. We have about 6 new housekeepers that started on about the same day so we are going to look into who assigned to your room and make sure that they take care of all the little details of the suite like the trash bags and wiping down the living room furniture. We will also make sure that we talk to the department as a whole so they are all aware of your comments and can be aware to pay attention to details, as guest do notice. Extremely rude and unhelpful checkin and general manager. we had a reservation with park and fly clearly stated on it. we were denied the free parking they tried to charge us $10 per day. the lady was on a power trip. we left went next door checked right in no problem free

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent reservation with us. I do apologize for the confusion with parking. I did look into your reservation and it appears it was booked through Expedia, which is not one of our Park & Fly partners, however we do allow guests that booked through Expedia to park here for a small fee. I did confirm with Expedia about our parking for long term and they said it is stated on their website about the parking charge. Besides booking directly with the hotel or directly on our website, Stay123 and ParkSleepHotels are our park & fly partners. Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us. I am happy to hear that your daughter's flight was not cancelled and she was able to get her destination. I do know that the Dept. of Transportation had their crews out on Thursday night/ Friday morning to pretreat the roads prior to the snow coming in. They had over 200 blows out during the day/night. I think the issue was too many drivers out on the roads who didn't leave work/school early enough and that caused accidents that then backed up the highways and it made it so much harder for the plows. The hotel is about 3 blocks from Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. It is walking distance and we also offer a complimentary shuttle to/from the concerts. A lot of our guests do walk back after the concert, as it can take 30 minutes to get into the parking for pick-up, due to the outbound traffic, that our shuttle gets caught in.
