Casino is smokey, dirty and service is not good. Alcohol is expensive so I do not drink when at Harrah's. The pay out on the machines is the worst. Better luck at an Indian casino. The casino is very old fashion.

The people are great the rooms are wonderful and all the food I have tried there has been very good. I have always felt very safe in these surroundings and the property is very clean. The rewards program is very fair.

I'm sorry, but I am not a Diamond Card holder so I don't have any info regarding the Diamond Lounge. However, based upon my experience with Harrah;s North Kansas City, it should be great. Good Luck!!!
