I have stayed at this hotel before and gave it good reviews, but they are remodeling everything now and it’s even better. We were the first people to stay in the room they gave us so obviously it was super clean. They have several charging stations for all of us techy types, microwaves, and refrigerators in all the rooms. The bathroom has built in shower dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and the lighting in the bathroom is excellent. One extra nice feature of Drury Inns is their afternoon ‘kick back’. Lots of good, hot snacks and a card for three free alcoholic beverages. Coffee and soda is free. They also have a really good breakfast. If you’re in the area, stay here. You won’t regret it. And the staff is super friendly!!

Centrally located & recently renovated. Overall the staff seemed genuinely friendly & attentive. Overall cleanliness of facility was average. (i.e. lobby restroom could have been cleaner & room smelled very slightly of smoke). Complimentary Happy Hour was a nice touch & the breakfast was more like food than some competitors (airplane offerings). The pool / Jacuzzi area was clean, streamlined & easy to use. I had a slight glitch at check in when I was informed the date wasn't until the next day, my name was spelled incorrectly, and that I would be sharing a room. Not entirely the assistant's fault. If reservations made mistakes, she should have trouble shooted, instead of assuming I was sharing a single bed room with a stranger in the middle of a pandemic. (training issue). Overall experience was it was adequate for the price and I would recommend.

Drury hotels are always my first pick because of their flexibility with check-ins, their friendliness, breakfast and kickback, cleanliness, and the amount you get for the price. I stayed this time for a business trip and it felt like I was on a mini vacation each evening when I returned to the hotel. It was comfortable and quiet each night. I'll be booking a Drury hotel for my next out of town stay if one is nearby!

We felt the one night king room was pricey, but we justified it w/ the dinner & drinks upon arrival then a hot breakfast before departure. What we didn’t expect was to be awakened before 6am by a dog barking in our hallway. After dozing back off, a second dog barked ferociously in the lobby, just below our room (it’s an open 3-story ceiling). I recognize pets can’t be left in cars, but they need a separate wing & entrance. We weren’t informed or asked about being away from dogs when we reserved the room & never expected this to happen.

The motel was clean and the food was good. Observed the staff allowing customers in the common areas where the food is served without masks. People were allowed to check in without masks. In clear violation of the requirements posted in the lobby as you enter. Not as safe from COVID19 as the say.

We stayed at the Drury in Albuquerque previously and we liked it pretty well since it had a nice balcony, larger room, and the snack / happy hour was pretty good. Here in Poplar Bluff, MO, I ended up paying $150 for one night after taxes - not crazy high but one of the highest priced rooms in the area.

The front desk girl was very accommodating and let us choose a higher floor so we could get a bit of a view. The drinks were a cool bonus and the mini-dinner buffet was great for an afternoon snack as I think it is intended to be. The lettuce had gross spots though and the other veggies were cooked to death. Still, it is excellent that they have the snack buffet.

I think this room is smaller than the one we had in ABQ eventhough both were 2 queen beds. The biggest negatives at this location were:
1) The bathroom door is a sliding barn door style which looks pretty but is horrible for privacy and there was no fan either. Yuck.
2) The pool zone was small and overly packed the entire evening. 😒 There was one group in particular that had their cans of beers or whatever that were out there from 5ish until just about closing like it was their personal back porch.

While our room was very clean and comfortable, this wasn't the upscale experience I had hoped for. I might as well have stayed at the Super 8 for $60 and gone out for a good meal - maybe then the pool party wouldn't have been as much of a bummer.

Stayed one night on our way through the area and so glad we did! A little more expensive than some other hotels but worth it! Arrived after a full day of driving... friendly check-in and found out the stay included 3 free drinks per person along with their kickback hot dinner from 5 - 7 pm. Really nice not to have to go our and fight the Friday night crowds. Also, a hot breakfast in the morning. Room was clean, modern and convenient as we had our dog with us...nice dog walk area just out the back door. Recommend staying here.

When we stay at a hotel we mainly look for cleanliness and comfort. This hotel went way above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were immaculate. The staff was friendly. The check in / out process was a breeze. They offer hot breakfast and dinner... which during the pandemic is unheard of. But their process was clean and sanitary and pandemic proof. We travel a lot and we’re very impressed. We will definitely be staying again.

I was amazed at the Coke products as well as the Fountain drink machine in the breakfast area. As a Diet Coke drinker this was amazing. LOL Staff were very friendly, and helpful with questions about the area. The bathroom was stocked with wall mount soap, shampoo, and conditioner products, which is great if you are forgetful like me to pack your own. I would definitely stay here again.
