We had a quick stay on the way to Little Rock. Lobby and breakfast area were very nice. Room was clean. A little outdated but I value clean much higher. Breakfast was plentiful and typical for Comfort Inn. We would stay here again if we were passing through.
A pleasant stay at a reasonable price. Everything worked, breakfast was OK, and no unpleasant surprises. The staff seemed friendly and accommodating and the motel seemed well managed given the short staffing most hotels are experiencing now.
You will find a room that smells of must and cigarette odor with no carpet. If you are checking in late at night as our family was this evening and you do not report this to the front desk, you will be charged for being the cause. Do not be the type that does not “complain about the quality”, trying to be agreeable. Additionally, your room will be charged twice with one of the charges being explained as “coming back to you at a later date”, quite unexpected, unauthorized, & fraudulent activity. Consider this to be a type of racket ran by either the particular establishment or the company as a whole. Banking institutions reconciled the issue for us and advised us of the impropriety of the establishment or company. The recommended we cancel our card and sent us a new one, telling us that these type of places would continue to run your card even after they cancel payment. Recommend video recording on your phone, your room as you try your keycard multiple times and once you’ve finally gained entry, note the condition of the room and if you notice ANYTHING, notify the front desk, provided they are available.…
Very efficient check-in. Quiet and clean rooms and extra plush bath towels that seemed new. Plenty of parking away from street and other businesses but lots of nearby restaurants, some with delivery services. The manager on duty at checkout was exceptionally friendly.
This hasn't been reviewed in awhile. Not a bad place to stay on your way to somewhere. Room was clean. Breakfast was not gourmet, just stomach fillers. Staff was friendly. Not a vacation hotel by any means, but good value if you are traveling through and need a place to sleep.
Not a typical Comfort Inn. So humid in rooms that the floor was damp. There was mold in and around the A/C unit and on the bathroom ceiling. I found dead ants on the bed and live ones around the waffle maker. There were live roaches in the fridge. DO NOT STAY
Had a great check in. Desk clerk very nice. Good to have a hot breakfast at hotel. Had a couple of issues. Sink was clogged and toilet seat loose. Did not notice until the middle of the night. Would still stay here again. Friendly staff and was a nice room. Comfortable bed
I am usually more than pleased with the Comfort Inn chain. However, my family and I stopped at this hotel for one night and I was incredibly disappointed. We were assigned a room on the second floor, and, as per our custom, before we get settled our luggage goes into the bathroom and I or my husband make a tour of the bedding. My spouse travels a lot in his line of work and he has seen it all. I pulled back the bedding (which looked like it had already been slept in and the linens had not been changed) and there was a huge brown black stain on the mattress pad on one bed close to the pillows, and on the other pad, a coffee stain. I went downstairs to ask the clerk for a change of room and we were given the room across the hall. Room across the hall was marginally better. However, the door handle was loose. I asked the desk clerk if there were laundry facilities and there were BUT the heating element was out in the dryer. By this time I was so tired I took our barely dried clothes out and simply hung them in our room and jacked the heat up. During these trying times, I do my best to be understanding but the above mentioned issues shouldn't be an issue. The evening shift associate, Mike was helpful.…
The hotel was clean and for the most part comfortable. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and the bed was pretty comfortable. Our only complaint is the thin walls! We could hear the TV next door all night and a lot of walking around up above at 6 am.
Greated by a very pleasant clerk. The hotel is very clean and fresh. We had king jacuzzi room and there was a comfortable sitting area with 2 chairs and couch and ceiling fan. Room was very clean and inviting. The jacuzzi needs some caulking redone and a dead bug was sitting there. (See picture) The bathroom ceiling was well taken care of... in many hotels we have found the opposite. We never could get on the internet and tried repeatedly. Breakfast was not much and I follow Keto and there was nothing I could eat. The door looked tacky because some notice had been taken off. We have stayed here before and will again.
