Arrived at 10:30 immediately realize that we are in an oasis between hills . At the reception very professional staff, the lady who was our guide before changing as well.
Cleaning changing room kit (soft towel and bathrobe)
Clean warm outdoor pools tidy spectacular views , pools and beautifully designed indoor paths in the rock and always with views of the Vallecorsa and nearby mountains . Never felt hidden even in the
Turkish bath housed in the cave.
Wonderful salt room.
Then we opt for lunch: room
Beautiful bright prepared and professional staff on
Maitre saviour , lists the rules of
Buffet (unlimited ) with clarity and professionalism . very first choice dishes really unexpected . list them nn would be enough characters of writing . to finish sweets and fruit. The gem ? A sphere of panna cotta with black cherry jam and bitter cocoa biscuit crunch, to be envied by the thousand restaurants emblazoned ciociara .bravi really will be back .really honest prices too much for the quality of both the location and the restaurant .

Wonderful experience given by our son. Excellent welcome and kindness from the staff. You will be given a bathrobe, towel and bag to be returned at the end, bring your own slippers which are not supplied. All the tubs and swimming pools are worth trying, enjoying every part of a beautiful panorama. My favorite was the tub with sauna where there is also a beautiful waterfall and a chasse longue with hydromassage. To try everything, emotional shower with the scent of jasmine, the salt room, outdoor pools. Excellent aperitif consumed at the restaurant, to be booked upon entry
The tubs and swimming pools are located on different levels reachable by stairs so take this into account.
Even in the changing rooms, excellent service available, shampoo, shower foam and hairdryer and hair straighteners for the ladies. We really enjoyed ourselves and relaxed, I recommend it for a while. or more days to detach yourself from the "wear and tear of modern life"

We spent two days fully relaxing in a welcoming, private environment, refined in every detail, surrounded by greenery and nature with an enchanting view. The relaxation areas all have a view of the Ausoni mountains which give that full sense of relaxation and freedom.
The structure is truly a PEARL! The author of this splendid painting (Giancarlo) was undoubtedly intuitive and ingenious in every detail.
The staff of the structure are highly professional and welcoming. We took advantage of the massages and other extra treatments... absolutely worth it!
Of note is the truly excellent restaurant in all its dishes (compliments to the CHEF!) with typical high quality local products and with a location (both the restaurant and breakfast area) surrounded by greenery which blends taste and view in a mix of sensations that they cheer the soul and the palate.
The rooms are very clean and spacious, without any flaws. Really top.
Absolutely worth reliving!!!

We had different expectations than what we experienced.
A pass can be given to him for the original idea of creating a hotel like this in a similar place and for the kindness of some of the staff but he doesn't deserve more than a pass.
I would like to know one by one those who give the maximum score to this structure to understand which places they usually frequent….
The spa is nice, the idea of the various areas spread throughout the place. The nature reachable from the paths that go up and down the hill is suggestive and with a spectacular view of the valley. In case of rain, however, in my opinion it is very uncomfortable because to move from one area of the spa to another you have to walk outdoors.
The negative aspects of the spa are the small spaces and too many people. In fact, the spa is also open to those who do not stay in the hotel, the result is that you find yourself in a 4-seater sauna with 6 people and another 4 outside waiting to enter and the same in all the various other areas.
But the biggest problem is cleanliness, no one comes by to clean and happens to step on a whole day's worth of dirt. The structures are also poorly maintained, the signs of aging are clearly visible.
Our room was the suite with a jacuzzi, it wasn't bad except for the shower with black moldy silicone and a big problem with soundproofing and latent cleanliness. From the room you could hear those next door talking as if they were in the same room, you can hear everything...
To have a laugh we can then talk about the aperitif, we had a drink offered and at check in we were asked the exact time we wanted to have the aperitif. This is already strange, however we asked to do it just before dinner but it wasn't possible because the service ended at 6pm. They suggested 5.50pm.
Aperitif served in an ugly "cold" room with no atmosphere and with the breakfast corner already set up. In 10 minutes they kicked us out because they had to close at 6pm... in my opinion the aperitif should open at 6pm, not close.
A positive note about the girls at the reception who are always quick to resolve problems and always kind. They let us park the car inside the structure otherwise we would have had to leave it along the road because the hotel does not have private parking. Luckily the girl was kind and let us into their only car park inside except for the fact that at 6pm the reception closed and there was no one left and my keys remained inside. If I had had to go out I would have had problems.
The restaurant is good, we ate well in a nice environment although I wasn't enchanted by the atmosphere but the overall experience was positive.
The breakfast in the canteen-like room is not adequate for a hotel of those ambitions. The only saving grace is the view of the valley and the friendliness of the waiters.
For me it was definitely the first and last time.

I had been waiting to go to the spa for a long time, since before COVID. Finally in October my daughter and I managed to go, it was a unique experience, as if looking at the mountains around, I escaped from the routine. The rest was perfect and attention to detail, from lunch, to the hydromassage tubs, even the hair straighteners in the changing rooms. Nothing left to chance, like umbrellas everywhere to move from one area to another in case of rain. It was a magical day

We arrived later than expected and the restaurant staff stayed on and waited for us before serving a fantastic meal accompanied by a delicious wine all of which was great value, we had a room with a spa pool which added to the fun and relaxation. In the morning we were greater by friendly staff who were there to help with a plentiful breakfast and then lunch on the lawn with a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, all in the glorious September sun. The following morning we treated ourselves to a full body massage before leaving for the coast which was only 40 minutes away. We will definitely stay again, loved it.

On the occasion of the wedding of Diego and Vittoria on 03 August 2024 celebrated in this beautiful location, the welcome and service offered by the staff were more than excellent. The same location offers countless services available to guests, in search of peace and relaxation. It is highly recommended to visit. Rating 10 and honors.

We spent two days of pure relaxation. The environment is very welcoming, including the staff. The food is taken care of down to the smallest detail, with particular and characteristic flavors of the area. In the spa there is every type of treatment accompanied by comfort and very refined furnishings, the staff in all its completeness is extremely courteous and attentive to the needs of the guests. An experience definitely worth repeating!!!!

A round of applause for the intuition and genius of the entrepreneur who created a place... in a place you don't expect!
An out of the ordinary Resort-Spa immersed in an oasis with the utmost respect for nature. Lots of attention to detail where guests are pampered by highly professional staff beyond expectations.

Very nice and welcoming place. Inattentive and unprofessional staff. They made a mistake in giving us the estimate price, they only noticed the error at the time of payment and they didn't even give us a bit of a discount. Very kind cleaning lady but the rest of the staff absolutely not recommended. I wouldn't go back
