May be nice after they are done remodeling, definitely can tell the age. Our ac unit started squealing about 6am...and no one came to fix it or offer another room. Just told us to come down and enjoy breakfast..uh no I would like my sleep and to enjoy my late checkout time...ugh! 😴 Front Desk ladies were very sweet.

Simple clean hotel. Priced right to visit our son who will be going to school in Rolla! Management was very knowledgeable about the area and seemed to really care about the town and Missouri University of Science and Technology!

The refrigerator was filthy, there were toe nails on the floor which is absolutely disgusting as your housekeeping is clearly not doing their job. There were hairs on the sink. The hot tub was still down and to make it worse, the owner left all the pool doors open so the pool was so cold, you could not even walk into the pool without freezing! Check in person ignored us and helped someone else who just walked in. Will never, ever stay here again.

They issued me a room that hadn't been cleaned, then breakfast was rubberized eggs that had a burnt crust and green hue. The bacon was raw, the toaster didn't work, the glass dish in the microwave was missing, towels and wash cloth were see through and barely of use. Worst place I have ever seen.

Close to Missouri S&T, will stay here when visiting my college kid. It's only 5 minutes away from the school. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious and had a good amount of variety. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.

Great people and complete facility pool and exercise area. We always stay here when visiting family in the area. They accommodate our service animal with a first floor room near an exit. We will stay there again soon!

We specifically talked to the person making the reservation to confirm and pool and hot tub. When we checked in, they were out of order. We were told they had been looked at that day and the repair person was supposed to come back the next morning. The next morning, they were still down. We wanted to get our granddaughter for a swim and visit with friends in the pool area. Later, we found out that the pool had been out of order for two, or more, weeks. When we asked if the manager would give us a discount or make this right, we were told that they would ask, or he had not been in, or other excuses. In the end, we never heard from him and the pool and hot tub were still out of order when we left. I don't appreciate being told something that is not accurate.

This is a good and comfortable place to stay especially if you have pets. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even put us near an entrance making it easy to take our two dogs outside.
