We had no hot water for our shower. The front desk just said they had a team all shower at once. If that's the case why didn't the hot water come back after a period of time. All the breakfast was gone at 8am. We won't stay here again. Don't spend 140 bucks people it's not worth it.

It was parents weekend or football or something that raised the rates for this hotel. Definitely was NOT worth the higher cost. Room was clean and comfortable which is always important. Night clerk did thank us for being gold elite members. We did not partake in the free breakfast.

Clean Room Awesome Shower Great check in customer Service Disaster at check out The Night auditor needs customer service training. She was rude and disrespectful, we were an inconvenience to her. Place her in a non customer position. Still haven’t received a receipt for both stays!!!

Excellent Hotel. Best I have stayed in a long time. The room was comfortable and clean. No issues at all. Good selection of TV channels. Bed was very comfortable. The room ladies were very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful. The little store by lobby was well stocked and to my surprise very reasonably priced. They definitely do not take advantage of people like most hotels do with their prices. All day coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Very good quality. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented. All lobby and breakfast areas nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were working and the area was clean and well kept. Tried to buy a couple things and was told they were complimentary, on the house. Wow. That is a rare thing to hear. This hotel is worth the money. It's definitely going to be my only choice in the Rolla/Fort Leonard Wood area. I'll be back for sure.…

Holiday Inn Express was easy to find, check in was fast, informative and friendly. Hotel lobby was clean with coffee, tea and fresh fruit available. Our room was clean and appreciated the dove brand amenities. There was also a Kerig with coffee pods available. The best free breakfast bar that I have seen in any hotel.

This was a wonderful stay. Rooms were Very clean. A wonderful full breakfast even towards the end of serving time. Very impressed with the hotel. Thank you so very much. The staff was very friendly too……. I will plan to stay here again when I come back through this way. 🙂

Clean and comfortable which are the most important attributes and why I will stay there again if necessary. After that they save every nickel possible. We had a floor to floor search to find an ice machine. Breakfast was weak. The only eggs one morning were egg white veggie omelets and if you wanted cereal there you had to use a fork, there were no spoons. The ice bucket liners were so thin and small they ripped on the first use. A relatively recent remodel was obviously done on the cheap with little final inspection. From years of observations I expect this will not be a Holiday in much longer. Usually when they get to this condition they change to a lower grade brand or become a local motel.

I've frequently stay in Holiday Inn Express and expect a certain level of cleanliness and quality from the brand. This hotel met my expectations. The room and bathroom were both very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

I loved this hotel. Wonderful beds and pillows. Good location. Large rooms. Best breakfast of hotels. Amenities in shower which I appreciated. Lights on when entered which is awesome. Large TV. Closet. Chair and table. Bench. Desk and chair. Wall heat/air controls. Great hotel.

Overall just ok. Building is newer and in good shape. Has good luggage carts although narrow corridor to get in the elevator. Bathroom nice and clean. The room cleaned staff missed a giant wad of Kleenexs between the bed and the wall by the front right headboard. The arms rests on the office chair were super dirty (my own lysol wipe was brown cleaning that). The rest of the room is clean. Beds were on the soft side and one of the two cratered badly and you both sink to the middle and needs replaced. Has nice modern furniture setup. Breakfast was awesome lots of hot food eggs, omelets, biscuits and grave, bacon and eggs available. No one there wears covid masks as well so bring your own N95s for hillbilly land.
