I gave an 8 because the lamp with USB was unplugged but I think plug in was behind tv and couldn't get to it to plug in. No big deal. The shower curtain could use updating, but other than that room was very nice, clean, and quiet area. Better than I was expecting from some of the other reviews I read. Also we arrived late so we were able to walk to waffle house. I thought it was a nice property and the service of front desk agents were fantastic. The breakfast was really good and the lady kept it stocked up. Coffee machine had option for stronger coffee. Pancakes were good and glad they had hot food. Also it was a domino effect on good service. Housekeeping let front desk agents know I left my pill case and they gave me a call, in which I really appreciated. Luckily it was just allergy meds and I could buy another pill case from hobby lobby.Thanks again for the wonderful stay, honesty, integrity, and friendliness. Front desk was excellent. Checking in guests with and without reservations so quickly. It was amazing to watch her work. And then the night staff desk person was there very early for his shift and pleasantly assisted guests.

We stayed here and had several issues. Tv would not connect to dish and the batteries were low on the smoke detector causing it to chirp. We also notice the towels were stained from previous users or just didn’t come out in the wash. The shower head leaked so trying to adjust it for enough pressure without getting soaked before getting in the shower. The beds and the room was nice but the air in the room was stale to which the air needed vented to get the room air smelling better.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room needs some TLC. Bathroom fan makes a horrible noise; toilet paper dispenser pulls out of the wall when used; floors were very dirty. Air conditioner filter needs to be cleaned. BW needs to revisit their pillow recommendations.

Horrible dingy room. Smoke burns in bedding. Old stained, rock hard mattress. Staff lied and said I never complained or requested a refund. I would be embarrassed to ever have a guest think this was an appropriate place to stay if I was Best Western.

Because you had registered thru a third party booking agency, cancelations must go thru proper channels in order to assure that the customer as well as the other parties involved are properly reimbursed. Third party booking agencies involve receiving payments from a customer, but pay using their own virtual credit card. Doing this involves a chain of events required to reverse the payments back thru several merchant services and verified that each transaction was performed so that the customer is reimbursed by the third party in which you booked thru. Both agencies must come in line before the transaction can take place. The clerks did not lie to you. These verifications must come thru the third party, not just the customer and hotel alone, and must go thru an approval process. We are sorry that this has inconvenienced you. One way to avoid any future delays is to book thru a hotel's chain's " Official Site" rather than be re-directed to an site by a third party.

The room was clean & had high back chair. The staff was very friendly. The night clerk encouraged me to sign up for the rewards program so I could get better rate. There were a lot of options for breakfast & the breakfast area was clean.

This hotel is very clean, nicely updated. Great hot breakfast, plenty of hot water. Multiple dining choices within easy walking distance. If you get a first floor room you can park right outside your door, so convenient! And no traffic noise!

I was traveling from Michigan to Oklahoma during the wonderful winter storm of December 2022. I made six hundred miles in the storm and needed a rest. The room was warm and comfortable. Just what I needed.

Room was clean but noisy as close to highway. Since lots of empty rooms front desk should give the quieter rooms to pre-booked customers. Microwaves in rooms need to be lowered so eye level to a person of 5 ft and not 6 feet tall.
