This is a Hampton Inn like they're supposed, back in the days when the brand was at it's best. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They're serving cookies again and a good hot breakfast. Our Standard King room was attractively decorated, clean, and comfortable. Nothing seemed tired or worn. There was an extra blanket, ample pillows, and a comfortable bed. The lights were bright enough to read by and there was a very comfortable chair in addition to the usual desk, microwave, mini-fridge, etc. The wifi was good. The bathroom was spacious, well-equipped, and entirely separate from the bedroom. We were on the back side and it was very quiet. We'd happily stay there again.

Hotel's Favourite
This is our favorite hotel when traveling east. We have tried many close to St Louis and this trumps them all in every area. After writing this, I’m sure I’ll never be able to get another reservation because it will always be sold out:)

The lobby is nice, but the rooms need a remodel. The room we were in had stained curtains, outdated furniture, and the bathroom needed major work. I’m not sure if it’s because we checked in close to midnight and got a bad room, but this was not what I expect from a Hampton.

Nice and clean place. Pet fee was $50 which I think is high but yes I could have stayed somewhere where else. The front desk people were nice and friendly. Plenty of parking that was well lite. Breakfast was good.

I initially had difficulty booking this hotel through a third party site. When I looked at the dates of my reservation, I was shocked to see that the dates had somehow changed. I tried to correct the dates, but unfortunately, there was no availability for the date that I needed. Management was under no obligation to rectify the situation based on the terms of the booking (through the third party). However, I was pleased that management reached out and offered me a refund to correct the situation. I would definitely stay at this location based on the response I received to the error. The hotel obviously cares about its (potential) patrons.

The Rolla Hampton Inn is one of the best, if not the best, Hampton Inn in the nation. I am a lifetime Platinum with the Hilton properties staying in many hotels throughout the United States for over 30 years on a weekly basis. We have extended family in the Rolla area and have stayed at this hotel often for at least 5-6 years and we have NEVER been disappointed! The ENTIRE staff always goes above and beyond to make sure every guest's needs are met. Example: My husband has trouble walking far distances. It was pouring down rain and we had trouble finding a place to park. Dillon heard us mention this as we were bringing in our luggage and he asked for our keys and went and parked our vehicle for us. That is service. The GREAT news, Dillon still is a team member. The team at this hotel reads the special requests and our room is ALWAYS setup with those special requests. They know who you are and truly care that each guest at their hotel is taken care of. The ENTIRE TEAM takes so much pride in what they do it is truly AMAZING and rare. Once you visit this hotel, you become family immediately. From the housekeeping team, the breakfast team, the front desk team, the leadership team they have so much pride in what they do. They truly care! I rate them not just a 5 star hotel but at least a 10 star hotel. The key word in this review is TEAM. They all work together to make your experience more than just a place to lay your head while traveling. They provide you a home and family while traveling! THEY ARE TRULY THE BEST EVER! The website for this hotel shows a lovely modern hotel with nicely appointed rooms. Our room had an awful smell. There were stains on the carpet and the room was very tired looking, It was definitely not worth the price we paid. We also found the room cramped ans hard to move around. I would never return to this hotel!!

While I was driving to hotel, they canceled my reservation. When I arrived, they had no room for me. I had the reservation booked for two months. I am a 20+ year member of hiltonhonors. Obviously, that does not mater.

Thank you for making a reservation with us. It is our policy that if your reservation was made with a valid credit card, we do not cancel the reservation until you arrive. We even attempt to call those that do not have a valid card. But we do require a valid guarantee to hold the rooms.

I was only staying for a few hours, arrived very late and was leaving early in the am. I was shocked to see a sign on the check in desk that said, "fully vaccinated people are not required to wear a mask" I was not sure how they were checking to see if people were vaccinated, I was not asked to show proof of vaccination?

This is a wonderful hotel, have stayed heres couple of times. Staffis friendly and check in is quick and easy. The breakfast is fantastic. Love the abundance of light in the rooms. Very convenient location off the highway.
