This hotel had decent ratings when I booked it, but they must be hopelessly out of date. It is the most depressing place I’ve ever stayed at. I knew something was wrong when I saw the overgrown vines and dead shrubbery, followed by the large mounds of old duct tape covering the lock over the door to the lobby. Everything is hopelessly old, poorly maintained, and dirty. I stayed in room 123, which smells like some thing between a boys, locker room, after P E, and cat urine. The room was poorly, cleaned, with a used toothbrush on the windowsill and old napkins, visible under one of the beds. The bathroom sink and toilet had been at least partially cleaned, but not entirely. I had low expectations for the coffee at the free breakfast, but even so, it was so bad that I quickly threw it away. Perhaps they reheat old coffee and serve it the next day?…

This hotel offers some really decent amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that were available at check-in. The bed was quite comfortable, pretty just the right amount of firmness. It's quite easy to access the hotel and easy to get back to the main roads to get back on the road. The breakfast was great! Didn't have a massive selection but the sausages and eggs were great! Waffle maker is available for those who want waffles. We had just come from a much more expensive, bigger name hotel line, that didn't offer any kind of free breakfast! Also, at that more expensive hotel, if you used any of the bottled water that was in the room, you had to pay for it unless you were a premium member!

For the first time in a decent rated motel I had disgusting room..very dirty carpet. Spots and stains…after 540 miles trip, too tired to change room. They were oblivious to problem at front desk. When I asked they said they were going to do some updates. They said yes. No Eason to rent this room though….Needed updates if to be considered 4 star…or 3 star+. Location convenience is the only benefit today. Rest of facility appeared clean but who really knows when they miss the obvious things

worst stay in quite a while. Room had obviously not been cleaned. Previous occupants close were left in room. Used soap in the bathtub. There was some sort of stain on the bed covering. I was very disappointed.

The toilet was visibly dirty as was the carpet in hall outside the room. I did not initially complain as it was late when we checked in and did not want the inconvenience of leaving but was not satisfied with cleanliness of room or existing hall carpeting.

Really my rating is a 2 but it wouldn't let me change it.I liked the location the best staff was standoffish at best. Even the review says I need 200 characters even to submit a review that in itself is a joke I am taking time out of my day to tell someone how unhappy I am with my stay.

A clean and otherwise comfortable room with a drab dated look from the 1970's or 80's. Unprofessional staff with few people skills. The coffee was good but the breakfast was a disaster due to stone cold eggs and sausage. The reception area looked "tired' with windows that needed cleaning. Coffee was good.

Hard to find the way in to the motel. Room was clean and pleasant. The only complaint was no eggs at breakfast. Everything else was as expected. Close to restaurants and interstate. Would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. As soon as we realized we were assigned to the second floor with no elevator they reassigned up to the first floor which was VERY appreciated!! The room was very clean, although dated, but who really cared about the latter. It was nice that the toiletries were mounted in the shower in dispensers, so you had plenty to use! Actually, loved that! Hot options for breakfast were sausage, biscuits & sausage gravy and waffles, oh and I didn't try them, but I am sure they were powdered eggs. There were fruit options, cereal and I believe yogurt. Good coffee was available all day which was also nice. I was disappointed that my request for replacement fridge did not happen. It was not cooling properly, and they said they adjusted the controls and when it still wasn't cooling right, I asked that it be replaced and that was not done so we didn't have cold drinks really…
