First of all price must be taken in consideration in this and all previous reviews. The price for a single was $42.00 including tax. That's the cheapest I've ever paid in twenty years. That being said here's the facts. Front desk: Very friendly Indian fellow. Practically made me check out the room first before he ran my card. He wanted me to be sure it met with my expectations. Room: Bare bones to say the least. The first thing that jumped out at me was that there no carpet anywhere in the room. Not even a throw rug. It was wall to wall stone tiles. This made for a cold and noisy room. There was not one picture on the walls and only one lamp which made for an unusually dim room. Furniture: Bed was comfortable but only large enough for one adult. If you're staying with your spouse you would be well advised to request a king size bed. The chest of drawers and night stand was well worn and looked like it came from a thrift store. Cleanliness: Average with the exception of some long dark hairs I saw on the bathroom floor which showed up easily against the light colored stone floor. Room Amenities: Again bare bones. Five items: two soaps, one small towel that guests normally use on the floor when stepping out of the tub, one phone and a flat screen tv (surprisingly a nice touch given the lack of everything else). That's it. Nothing else was in the room. No shampoo, no coffee maker (not even in the lobby), no hair dryer, nor ironing board. This was my experience on Saturday, March 15, 2014. …
Had to come in that area for my work. Inexpensive and clean rooms. Had seen some remodeling activities going on. I got a room that evening which was recently painted and remodeled. Room was basic no extra bells and whistles. But it worked for me.
THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE EVER!! I got a room for one night and the manager on duty was rude. He told me a room was $50 and that it is in a really good condition. He lied. The room sucked and it seems like he pocketed the money. He took the money that I gave him and stuck it in his back pocket. HE IS ROBBING THE MOTEL!!!! DONT GO THERE!!
this was the worst place ive ever stayed at!!! they lied to me abotu having a fridge so $70 dollars of food spoiled, it was so dirty and it smelled horrible! then i checked out early and he tried to charge me more than they said the room would cost, i will never ever go back to that place and if i were id go somewhere else.
We stayed at this inn for about a month while waiting on an apartment to come up and the staff here is wonderful. Very accomodating, friendly. We had some wasps that got in our room and they took care of it right away along with a few other things. We stayed at the Northwest Airport Inn and they through us out because they had a leaky pipe what's that. I am glad because it sent us to the Congress Airport Inn that was much better. I would recommend this to anybody.
