The Cheshire is part of the Richmond Heights Community. Is also happens to be within walking distance of SSM St. Mary's Hospital. We want to thank this wonderful hotel for their gracious hospitality Friday Jan. 13. As hospital staff, we must be at work to care for our patients. There are no excuses. The Cheshire went above & beyond to...

The decor is stunning and the room was wonderfully cozy! There's a very nice shared space in the lobby of the hotel with teas and treats, and the concierge was very friendly. Within walking distance from several nice restaurants and bars.

Nathan, Anthony, Chris(manager and bartender) were the friendliest staff. Such great service and such a fun time. Great service, fun personalities and a super way to spend a snow day. We come often and are always pleased with the excellent staff.

The staff were great, helpful and fun! We had a fun scavenger hunt that made us really appreciate the decor. One for my granddaughter and one for us adults that made us pay attention and think about all of the great writers and playwrights. We stayed in The Robert Browning room which was very clean. The location was good for...

I'm just dittoing other recent reviews. Stayed for 8 nights over Christmas. Warm feel, the breakfast always great, varying from day to day. Once you get used to the parking routine it's good (restaurant valet parking consumes the underground garage from 6-9pm so don't plan on re-entering at that time. Otherwise garage is empty.) But the room service very disappointing....

What a wonderful place to stay in St. Louis. Beautiful place. The staff was so friendly. Our room was beautiful. We loved the Fox and Hound and enjoyed having an after dinner drink sitting in the lobby by the roaring fireplace. Wonderful decore throughout.

On the way back home from a cross country trip I stopped here. First, the valet guy was super nice and friendly. Might seem like a small thing but I've had some not great experiences with valets. The desk clerk was just as friendly and explained that while, unfortunately, the room I had reserved wasn't available, they had upgraded me...

There are many things to like about this hotel. The staff is friendly, the Fox & Hound is a great little pub, the English theme is appealing, and it really captures that coziness with hearth fires on cold winter nights. The bartender at the F&H (a great guy with a Bruce Willis haircut) was especially welcoming. So, why only three...

The Cheshire is an inviting place to relax and well located. We travel to St Louis annually and have stayed here for years. The Fox and Hound bar is a favorite of ours. Our recent trip was a bit disappointing as housekeeping was not up to the mark. I took time to speak with front desk staff, who are always...
