The Park Avenue Mansion is a beautiful B&B in a wonderful location opposite Lafayette Park with many restaurants nearby. Kathy was very hospitable and helpful with advice about directions and where to eat (especially given the limited options on Mondays). Her breakfasts were delicious. She facilitated our move from the Lafayette Park Room to the Park Avenue Suite to avoid...

The Park Avenue Mansion is very beautifully furnished. The king bed with its canopy and soft linens was wonderful. The proprietor recommended a fine restaurant nearby which we enjoyed. Her gourmet breakfast prepared for us was delicious. I hope we get to St. Louis again so that we can stay here another time.

Our much needed getaway couldn't have been better thanks to the comfort and hospitality of Kathy at the Park Avenue Mansion. We stayed in the Balcony Room which overlooks the the beautiful courtyard. The fresh coffee and delicious breakfast was topped only by visiting with the other guests. We will be back!

Our host, Kathy, was very welcoming and made us feel more like family than paying guests. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We wish we had 1 more night. The Lafayette Square neighborhood is picturesque with dining, bars, breweries, distilleries, and a park all within walking distance.

My wife and I stayed one night on our way through St. Louis. Mike was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to visit. The neighborhood is awesome to stroll through and the breakfast Mike made was fantastic (he even made me seconds!). Would absolutely return.

My newlywed wife and I recently had our wedding at the mansion and invited family members to stay here that night. The owners, Kathy and Mike, did a fantastic job of hosting us and our families and were attentive to our needs. The wedding and the accommodations in this historic property were great. The property is well maintained and the...

The innkeepers were a great couple to visit with and had a vast knowledge of the area. They gave us ideas on where to eat depending on what we were wanting and ideas of places to visit. There were so many things to do within walking distance and the park across the street had live music.

This is the only B&B we have stayed at more than once. Not that we didn't like many others, but this one has the perfect blend of everything. GREAT location on Lafayette Park. You can walk to many great restaurants and shops and the park is heavily shaded and beautiful, so a wonderful place to walk even in the summer....

We were in town for just one night to attend a ball game and made last minute reservations based on this B&B's website. We were not disappointed. This charming B&B exceeded our expectations. Owners Mike and Cathy were so friendly and immediately made us feel right at home. This historic home just across from Lafayette Park has been lovingly restored...

For a get away night, we returned to this beautiful B&B for another wonderful night. Despite living in St. Louis, we loved talking to Mike and Kathy who are both terrific historians and story tellers. We stayed in the Lafayette Park room and it was delightful. The mornings breakfast was superb. It is definitely a place we will return to.
