This is the second time we have stayed there. Spent another night in the Fleur de lis room on the top floor. Large room with a comfy bed and large whirlpool tub. What more do you need? Had a drink at the local Chocolate Bar and then to the Hill for dinner. Coffee the next morning in the beautiful patio....

My husband and I stayed here and we enjoyed it so much. We fell in love with the home, Kathy & Mike, and of course Kathy's cooking! Everything we needed plus more. Very clean, and so comfortable. I loved that we were free to come and go without constantly having to check in and out with someone. There are so...

My husband and I stayed at the Park Avenue Mansion over a long weekend in St. Louis. Though I grew up in the area, I had never spent much time in this neighborhood until recently, thanks to the incredible restoration work done by folks like Kathy and Mike who own this B&B. Not only were the accommodations both beautiful and...

This is my third stay at Park Avenue. Everything is always just right. Tastefully decorated, well kept rooms with lovely linens. Our hosts make us feel like we have a home away from home. Although the inn so convenient to everything in the metro area, it feels like an oasis in the city. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, convenient...

Walking distance to a fantastic restaurant, Eleven Eleven, and the square has several places to eat, drink and relax. Very close to down town Saint Louis. Can't...

Despite the rainy days of our stay, our room and host brought sunshine to our weekend. The inn and it's rooms are attractively finished and appointed with many authentic antiques. Despite being understaffed due to an injury, service was attentive. The room had it's own small refrigerator, including a freezer section with ice cubes, ample lighting and chairs, and a...

We had three rooms at the B&B for Friday and Saturday that weekend, The Room With A View, The Fleur De Lis, The Balcony Room. It was a great space for my bridesmaids...

My wife and I have stayed at this Bed and Breakfast many times over the years and think it is one of the best. The house is on a 1/4 mile park surrounded by period homes that are well kept.
