Great staff and facility. Easy to walk into downtown, Busch Stadium and The Arch. I was impressed by the renovation of this historic train station and it's railroad theme. It is a must stay experience.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We have been watching the remodel of Union Station on previous visits to St. Louis. The Grand Hall area is now mostly complete so we stopped in for beverages before the MVC basketball tournament. Joel, our server, was attentive and suggested great "craft" beers...we had such a great time we went after our game and had hors d and more...

This hotel is located close to several points of interest. Great convention center. The food, the bar and location are great. The Staff here is the X-factor - they all strive to help, assist and make your business trip successful. Did not see a frown all week, just positive energy and pride....Great Experience, love the location and site.

I had a great experience with the St. Louis Union Station Hotel. It started with the person who took my reservation over the telephone and continued with every singe employee I encountered. The front desk staff were excellent, as were the bellmen and catering personnel. I even got to work with Mr. Young the shipping and receiving person who helped...

Stayed here for work conference...it was clean and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Concierge guys were very helpful in directing us around the sketchy areas of St Louis. The building is amazing...historical train station with great lobby bar...pretty sure is was used as the basis for a map in the Call of Duty series of games!...Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is worth the price. The building is beautiful and the lobby stunning. It is right downtown and close to many museums. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again and recommend it as well. The shopping section is under construction but not distracting. I look forward to coming back once that section and the aquarium is...

Stayed here for a large conference and it was great for the most part. The only down side was the room cleaning was not the best and the restaurants were overwhelmed. Having said that the grand hall is just that very grand and full of surprises. There are a several restaurants within walking distance that are reasonably priced and offer...

This hotel may be in a bad neighborhood and you certainly don't want to walk around however the grandeur of the inside of this hotel is superb. I felt like I had walked into a scene of Downton Abbey. We loved hanging out in the bar/lobby area of the hotel. There were plenty of other places to sit and relax...

Absolutely love this place. When told I had to head to St. Louis for work I was kind of skeptical of heading there. This hotel totally reversed that. What an amazing facility, awesome rooms, and great staff. You will love the history of this place and the modern updates.

This hotel well exceeded our expectations. The pictures online do not do it justice. My daughter and I walked in with our mouths hanging open in awe. The lobby is massive and the architecture and decor are beautiful! The staff was very courteous. The lobby was very comfortable, and the evening light show on the lobby ceiling was excellent. The...
