The staff was extremely friendly and the gals in the Executive Lounge remember returning customers. The main bar / lounge is beautiful and ornate. With smaller booths for more intimate discussions or the bar area for group activity there is not a hotel I have stayed at across the country that comes close to this setting. With views of the...

I was torn between rating this hotel as average or very good. However, as a very seasoned traveler, I had to go with the lower rating. It had its good points. It is in an incredibly beautiful, very historic, old train station. If you let your imagination run wild, you could almost hear the steam engines of yesteryear blowing steam...

Have to walk too far to get anywhere in this hotel which is a major detractor. Conference rooms were very cold. Sleeping room the AC/heat could not be controlled for my comfort in sleeting 74 degrees.

The hotel is nice but would recommend staying until after the mall is completed. It became a bit of an inconvenience and an eye sore that so much of the hotel was inaccessible or difficult to traverse due to the restricted areas

This was the third time staying at this hotel (each time has been for a week in July, while attending a yearly conference). The previous times I stayed at this hotel, the experience and stay was exceptional. This last visits did not meet Hilton expectations or standards. The first two visits were 5 stars, but the last visit was a...

Excellent location; very close to everything. My family loved it. Nice amenities with great restaurants very close by. Very clean. Check out the light show at night and don't miss the onsite restaurant for breakfast.

It was a beautiful and spacious room, but the extra fees were unexpected and lack of free parking makes it very inconvenient if you drive. I wasn't told about the extra $45 a night for I forget what they called it and $25 a night for self-parking or $30 for valet. The next best option was parking two streets over...

From the moment you arrive at the St. Louis Union Station - Double Tree, you are a VIP. No matter who you are, or where you are from, the staff puts you on a pedestal. I felt like a Princess. The lounge area is to die for and they make a mean martini! The building is almost 200 years old...

We just got back from a wonderful weekend experience at the Double Tree at the Union Station. From valet service, to check-in, breakfast and bar, everyone we encountered was genuinely nice and more than willing to answer questions and make our stay amazing. We already miss the lobby light show and being able to sit and relax with a drink...

We stayed here for a concert at Scottrade Center. This hotel is in a great location. The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area was a nice bonus. I will definitely stay here again.
