Checked in and asked for ID. The girl checking me in immediately took the ID and started heading for the copy machine behind her. I told her not to make a copy of my ID(which the Hotel has NO business doing) and she complied. You are setting yourself up for potential identity theft by letting them copy your personal information, photo and DL Number. DON"T LET THEM. BE AWARE. You don't know what they are doing with it and where the copy will end up. Don't trust them if they respond and say they destroy it. There is no reason to copy it in the first place. Otherwise the room was OK. I was gone before breakfast so I can't speak to that. However I would not stay here again.

Our room was very clean, thanks Carla! Bed was comfortable, refrigerator worked great and had a small freezer section that actually froze my water bottle. Unusual for a hotel fridge! Breakfast area was well stocked. A good, affordable stay!

Very nice hotel! Clean, comfortable beds, quiet room, and the breakfast was perfect. The customer service is what sets this hotel apart from the rest, and it's why I would absolutely stay here again. My son and I stayed here 4/6. I booked through a third party site and made a mistake (accidentally booked a 1 bed when we needed 2). We arrived around 10:30pm and Kelsea checked us in. I told her about my mistake & asked if we could please get a room with 2 beds. She made that happen, and was so accommodating. As we approached our room, we heard very loud music and a lot of very drunk/ loud guests just 2 rooms down from us! It was late and we were soo tired & had to drive all the next day. So, I asked to see if we could get a different room even if it only had one bed we would take it. She was very kind and gave us another room in another part of the building & said she'd take care of the noise issue. Also, the room had 2 beds so we were very happy! Kelsea really went above and beyond to help us that evening and we slept great and was fully rested for our very long drive the following day. I've stayed in Quality Inns before but this one is by far the best. …

Can you really ask for anything less? The rate was fair and we got what we paid for. Not a lot of frills, but a good clean room to stay in! Nice breakfast including waffles, sandwiches, cereal, and fruit. They do have a washing machine and a dryer.

This place is exactly as pictured and surprisingly clean. I am a housekeeper and usually hotel rooms are not to my standard of clean but this one completely was! One thing I did find annoying was that I called the desk and asked for more towels since we were only given two. I typically use one for my hair and one for my body and my husband also needed one towel. A housekeeper brought three towels and asked for our dirty ones so I handed her our two dirty towels and asked how many we were supposed to have. She stated that we could only have two (but she had three in her hand) so she handed me two and walked away. The next day when we asked for our room to be cleaned we came back to three towels in the room….. I’m just a little confused how they gave us three the second day but told me we weren’t allowed one extra on day one. On the last day of the trip I tried to wash laundry with their coin operated washers/dryers but their coin dispenser was completely broken. I went to the desk to get quarters and they said they were all out and there’s nothing they could do. Other than these problems this was an average room and quality for the cost.…

We were driving Route 66 and supposed to go camping… however the pouring rain made us changed our minds… we slept in many Quality Inn so far and this one is one of the best we’ve visited! The room was clean and comfortable! Thanks to Carla! Also the girl at the front desk was really kind and smiley even if we arrived late at night!

We had a coupon out of the hotel guide. Coupon good til Aug2022. The hotel said they would not honor it. Prices changed, etc. They were probably at 25% capacity. We had to pay 30.00 more. We paid because we were tired and had been on road for 11 hours. I did call corporate, and spoke to a wonderful woman and she said she would be sending the complaint along. So people beware of the coupons. I think it's bait. The room was nice, but the pool had stuff on bottom. I have really never had problems with Quality Inns, but this just left me angry

We stayed here on the way home from OK. This is one of the better Quality inns we have stayed at. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Room was modern and clean. The pool Was warm. My only complaint is they are serving frozen sandwiches that have to be microwaved for breakfast. Other than that it was very nice. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Easy location off highway. Quality Inns are sometimes lower quality, but the rooms at this one are modern, clean, and higher quality. Pleasant younger female at front desk. Bathroom was roomy and very modern. Full breakfast with clean little dining area. The gym needs to be updated, especially the treadmill. Pool was empty at my stay but looked ok. I used Comfort points (12,000) for the room. I will stay here again if in the area. Hopefully they get a new treadmill before someone breaks their neck on the thing.

Initially we were concerned upon arrival. Once in the VERY clean lobby and greeted by very friendly staff, it looked ok. I did ask to see the room first, which had just been cleaned. The cleaner fluid was strong but I was assured it would dissipate. It did. The room was accommodating and the bed comfortable. We slept well. Very quiet. The only negative was there was absolutely no ice! My husband is someone who has to have ice in his water or even orange juice. Had we been told the ice maker was still broken, it has been on and off, we would not have stayed. He couldn’t eat breakfast there - no ice even for the kitchen! We had hoped but we were told they never have ice. I tried the eggs, they were cold and the sausage was bland. Otherwise they had all the other usual breakfast faire, nothing I eat however.…
