Amazing customer service!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed there for my son’s Army graduation. They are updating the rooms, we were very happy with everything. Hotel is also within walking distance of many stores / food.

Beds were not comfy but everything else was amazing. The kitchen the was a surprise. The exercise room was a nice addition. Loved being able to get in a workout. I liked that they had pots and pans but larger ones would be nice.

This is a small hotel with friendly customer service and spacious rooms. It is located ery close to Fort Leonard Wood Missouri Military 🪖 Base. Close to gas stations and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family that are looking for a budget friendly hotel.

First my flight was delayed so I called ahead to advise since it would be after check in hours and there was no issue upon arriving, after a very long flight the bed was so comfy to sleep on, everything was perfect I didn’t expect the room to be like a mini studio so that was nice. The location was great, easy to find and the employees were professional and attentive. No complaints. 10/10!

Stayed at this hotel fir 14 days when I PCSd to Fort Leonard wood in 2020 and loved it and again for another 5 days when leaving. Great hotel, good location and great price. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean and quit. 100% recommend.

I give All Towne Suites a 5 star. From reservation to calling in letting them know we were checking in late. To checking in to seeing the room. It was a well worth stay there.. all appliances worked like they should no bugs in bed, no roaches, very quiet and peaceful. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay for the Ft. Lenordwood friends and family day and graduation.. I would suggest this place any day.. price was right for the days we stayed..

Very good, very affordable. Very clean. Staff are very patient, professional, and accommodating. The rooms include a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. There's also an exercise room. If I pass through this town again, this would be where I'd stay.

Kind staff, clean rooms, and super comfortable beds. The rooms are well equipped. The price is excellent for what they offer. The room smelled musty when we entered but not too much, it suddenly disappeared.

Upon entering the room you could smell the mold and stale smoke. I went to the bathroom and realized the urine on the toilet, and the lime backup from not being cleaned. Hairs everywhere. I went to the front desk immediately and requested a different room. I was told there weren't any more available rooms (although the parking lot was bare), I then requested a Housekeeper to come clean the room so I could let my child play. She stated there weren't any available at that time. (it was 2:30pm!!!) I then asked what could be done about the room and filthiness of it and she stated I could take my business elsewhere!?!? I requested a refund for the $72.00 I had paid plus the $100.00 deposit and was told that it was non-refundable!! Upon leaving, my husband went to get the deposit (paid in cash) and he was told that we forfeited the deposit when we smoked in the room?!?! Unbelievable! 2 days afterwards I had some charges on my account. I called the hotel and I was told it was because I didn't cancel in an adequate time and there was no refund, so that's a total of $316.00 for a 30 minute hotel stay! Needless to say, we disputed the charges and waiting for our money. Beware of this hotel. The pictures on the internet are misleading and nothing of what the rooms look like.…
