The room was super clean and well set up. We were only there for 1 night, but it would be perfect for several days and the price was reasonable. The only issue was the early morning fire alarm, but even that was handled very well.

Absolutely wonderful hotel..staff was great..location is close to main roads and food..when you walk in the room you smell bleach which to me tells me it's nice and clean. The beds were great, the sheets excellent, breakfast was good..probably the best holiday inn I have ever stayed In

Clean, friendly staff. Everyone who worked here took the time to greet me and ask how our stay is. As other reviews they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were able to check on early to get ready for the graduation. The breakfast was awesome! The was something for everyone.

We just wanted to thank all of those who made our stop on Sunday, March 13 so wonderful. Everyone, especially the lady at the front desk, rose to the occasion. We and our service dog were welcomed with open arms. We were exhausted and everything felt five star. We are telling everyone who is traveling across I-44 through Missouri that this is the place to stop. So clean too.

Nice and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are open and very clean . Warm breakfast was very tasty and the gentleman serving it did a great job. I will definitely stay there again. Coffee maker , fridge and microwave in room and all working . That awesome. Beds are comfortable.

Very friendly staff when we saw them, but otherwise everyone was out of sight unless asking for assistance at the front desk (Covid precautions, we assumed). Room was comfortable and clean, but no device charging ports that we could see, and the room was quite dark even with all lights on. WiFi was spotty during our stay.

Nice stay. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Good room temperature throughout the night. The only down fall for me was the room had poor lighting. Hard to see very good. Nice when relaxing, but could use an option for more lighting while getting dressed and packing.

No complaints about this property. It's just not special in any way. The staff is good. The sleep is good. It's just a few miles outside of Ft. LW so it's a convenient place to stay if visiting your soldier. Just a few miles down the road is a fictitious town called Uranus. Kinda novel. Worth a visit.

Did not stay at hotel as on arrival staff immediately informed they currently had no water supply but anticipated such shortly. Decided not to wait and hope at which staff pleasantly cancelled the prepaid reservation in full and obtaining lodging in another part of town that currently had a water supply. The facility appears new with attractive grounds and lobby.
