We were there only one evening but enjoyed our stay. We had requested room with view of parking lot as we were traveling with our classic car. They were great in working with us. Room was clean, and staff very friendly. It would be great for people working out of town or needing extended stay as everything in way of kitchen items were available. The only negative, shower was hot but no pressure. It is a newer hotel so hopefully will improve. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Lady working in breakfast area friendly and great in keeping everything clean and restocked. We didn't get a chance to use gym but had an assortment of equipment. We will stay here when back in the area.

This was our first time staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. There was a curtain that you could pull out to create a divider between the living area and your sleeping quarter which was nice since we had two little ones with us. Our room had a large refrigerator, dishes, glasses, complementary dish soap, and a deep sink. Washer & Dryer were available on site which we used.
The hot breakfast was really nice Think of it like a hot breakfast at Starbucks, but more options.
My only "bummer" was that we didn't have a room with a tub; it was a stand up shower. Being that we traveled with a toddler it would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. Perhaps their rooms don't come with tubs? We arrived pretty late so it's possible those room were already taken. However, they did provide a pack-n-play for our 4 month old for which we were so thankful.
We will definitely stay at another Home2 suites again as it is very family friendly and from what we could tell pet friendly too.

Traveling from Texas, we met family who traveled from Michigan and stayed here to facilitate taking delivery of a bass boat our nephew had bought from a Marine dealer in nearby Pittsburg. My husband and I received a great AARP rate for a king bedroom suite located at the end of the hallway and was easily accessible to the exit door where our vehicle was parked - super easy loading and unloading. The ample parking also allowed our nephew to park his truck and boat in a well lit area visible from his room window. The staff was friendly and efficient, breakfast was ok, lobby and outside seating made it possible to visit with our family and still maintain social distancing in this COVID environment.

Stayed here for one night while attending a wedding in Springfield. I'm a Hilton Diamond member but have yet to stay at a Home2 Suites property. Loved being able to select my room in advance via the app and then have contactless entry. No need to even stop by the front desk. This was also my first time staying in a hotel since the COVID pandemic started. It was nice to see all of the health measures the hotel was taking. Masks required outside your room, remotes wrapped in plastic, deep cleaning on the room. Breakfast was decent. We were traveling with our dogs so booked a suite which I recommend as the separate bedroom helps buffer noise from the hotel hallway. They have dog bags outside and a nice walking path around the hotel.

First stay in a Home 2 Suites and we enjoyed it. A great room with a full kitchen (even a dish washer), a kingsize bed, a couch and a nice desk area. The bath room was nice with a large walk in shower. The rooms have a break away sticker on the door to show it has been sanitized & no one has entered since.

If you want a comfortable hotel with a welcoming, friendly staff, this is one you will appreciate. Keep an eye out for the small sign at their entrance way, which is easy to miss with the hotel sitting back off the street. But once you find the hotel and enter the door, Mallery, Chelsey or Cimber will make you feel welcome, appreciating your Hilton Honors membership and providing freshly made popcorn in the lobby. You'll find a clean spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen, and an equally spacious bathroom with towel bars at the sink (omitted in many places) and a large walk-in shower. I did note that the shower floor is slippery, so a towel to stand on, placed on the floor is recommended. Their fitness center is outstanding with an abundance of equipment, plus towels, water, and sanitation wipes. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding, with your host, Kevin ensuring everything is hot, fresh and available. You'll eat off of glass plates with real utensils and find a varied selection of hot and cold items. The only thing missing was skim milk, which for the health-conscience is important. We were pleased with Rachel, from housekeeping who was eager to help and provided needed room items. This hotel met and exceeded the standards you would expect from a Hilton Home2 Hotel and I highly recommend them with a grade of A+.

I’m Hilton Loyal and have never left a bad review but this place was filthy. I checked in to one room but was given keys to another. This was a late night Check in. I was told they were putting “finishing touches and vacuuming up crumbs” before we could check in. When we checked in there were crumbs everywhere. Hair and debris in and around sink and shower. Hairs and stains around toilet. The refrigerator had a large red sticky stain on the middle shelf and crumbs. There were dirty dishes and food debris in the dishwasher. There was garbage in the garbage can and shreds of toilet paper on the floor. The bed was disheveled with the fitted sheet hanging off. There were no bath towels, no wash cloths, no hand towels, just 2 floor mats. The ottoman had a diffuse sticky stain. I called and asked for cleaning spray and was brought a 30% alcohol spray and cleaned before we could rest. That was unbelievable for a Hilton brand. They must be really short staffed for which I have great sympathy. They offered a discount but I would prefer clean rooms.

We stayed in the King studio suite and paid $123. Some things we liked: nearly a full kitchen with good sized fridge, sink with dishsoap, dishwasher, real dishes and utensils. The oval table rolled out easy for dining or work space. The fold out couch was comfortable with good linen. We liked the privacy curtain that made a second bedroom. We liked the large open shelf - pretty and functional. It prevented hiding - and forgetting things in drawers. The window without curtains seemed much cleaner and the shade gave a complete blackout. The workout room had 2 treadmills and 2 elipticals and a stationary bike. As well as free weights . The room was clean and a nice workout space. Thanks to Hilton on this one.

The hotel was very clean, well run and the folks are really friendly! The staff that I interacted with at the front desk and the people cleaning the rooms were all really nice and helpful. The room was spotless and very quiet, and the workout area and laundry facility were clean and well cared for. The breakfast area offered a wide variety and there was always coffee and fruit around even after the breakfast time was over. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here one night on our way home to Illinois. There is a short walking path in a green area outside the hotel. Outdoor seating with a fire pit. Our room was spacious with a kitchenette and sofa seating area. Very clean. Great service. We took breakfast to our room per Covid virus restrictions or we could have eaten outside. Definitely recommend and will stay again.
