We went to Springfield for a weekend youth bowling tourney. We called ahead during travel to tell them we would be a late check-in and were told it would be no problem. Upon arrival, we were quickly and efficiently checked in. The lobby was clean, large, and well lit with ample seating. We went to the room, on the 4th floor, and found it to be very good. It was very large, with a full kitchen with a large fridge. We had 2 queen beds and a couch. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. The water pressure was great! The light switches were tricky to figure out, but we figured it out. The table lamps all had additional USB charging ports and an outlet, which was a nice amenity. The room was clean and very spacious. HIGHLIGHT of the stay, the included breakfast. 6-10 AM. This was one of the BEST included breakfast offerings we have seen. Numerous hot choices that were all very tasty, and very well attended by Kevin and Dee. Kevin was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure that they had everything we needed, and constantly checked on people to see if anyone needed anything. They had a raspberry puree for topping on the waffles that was very unique and yummy. The coffee station was well stocked with multiple specialty creamer options which my wife was very happy about. Be prepared, the hotel is dog friendly, which was great for me because I like dogs, but for someone who doesn't, be prepared. Even though we saw many dogs throughout the stay, the lobby and grounds were always clean and well kept. I don't smoke, but a nice touch was an outdoor shelter for smokers, that was enclosed on three sides, had seating. There were several restaurants very close, two of our favorites , Waffle House for late night dining, and Steak and Shake were convenient. My only recommendation for improvement would be more luggage trolleys, they only had two and during check out it was difficult to get one, with many people trying for the same trolleys. Just a note, getting there can be a little tricky the first time, but once you figure out the right driveway, its easy, just watch the low spots during heavy rain. It gets pretty deep. …

My Wife and I stayed here during our Labor day weekend road trip. 1st floor next to ice, and close to lobby for all your snack and beverage needs. Room location was excellent. Our room was clean, had a large fridge, dishes, microwave etc.

We stayed for just one night on our way to Branson, and loved it! Everyone was very friendly & even had popcorn in the lobby! The beds were comfortable, our rooms & hotel, were very clean, and the breakfast was delicious! We definately will be back!!

If you want a comfortable hotel with a welcoming, friendly staff, this is one you will appreciate. Keep an eye out for the small sign at their entrance way, which is easy to miss with the hotel sitting back off the street. But once you find the hotel and enter the door, Mallery, Chelsey or Cimber will make you feel welcome, appreciating your Hilton Honors membership and providing freshly made popcorn in the lobby. You'll find a clean spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen, and an equally spacious bathroom with towel bars at the sink (omitted in many places) and a large walk-in shower. I did note that the shower floor is slippery, so a towel to stand on, placed on the floor is recommended. Their fitness center is outstanding with an abundance of equipment, plus towels, water, and sanitation wipes. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding, with your host, Kevin ensuring everything is hot, fresh and available. You'll eat off of glass plates with real utensils and find a varied selection of hot and cold items. The only thing missing was skim milk, which for the health-conscience is important. We were pleased with Rachel, from housekeeping who was eager to help and provided needed room items. Large room made for an easy stay. Plenty of storage in room and room to spread out. Beds and pillows were comfy. Hotel is in an easy location and parking lot was well lit. Used the contactless check in/out thru the app which worked great! Would definitely stay again.

Facility is clean and comfy. In a good location close to the airport and downtown. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The parking for the hotel is good as well. The sign for the entrance could be much better.

Understaffed and unprofessional - When I arrived my room was not ready at 5:00pm. The front desk personnel were more worried about making popcorn than helping me. I had been driving all day and I was exhausted. I stayed two nights. I was able to get coffee one morning at 6am. After I came down for my second cup it was empty. I didn't wait. Second morning, came down around 7:15am coffee was empty again. While there I cancelled a 2nd reservation. No mention was made that I would be charged (I should have checked - that is on me) however it would have been nice if the desk would have (1) told me I would be charged for the cancelled room and (2) When I checked out given me a receipt for the charged night. I realized it only two weeks after I arrived home and got my credit card bill. I called the hotel and the manager, Amanda told me this was all my fault I should have known this because I made the reservation. Not exactly customer service oriented here. We arrived at 5pm, loved that we had the digital key option. But, no digital key was delivered 😩 had to check in at the front desk. Room was not ready, no big deal we chose another room and got our keys. Front desk staff was very nice. Got to our room, layout was different than what we are used to. Still a nice room. Was looking for the remote to the TV and beside the TV was a ball of long red hair. Gross! Lots of dust behind the TV. Not the end of the world. Threw the hair in the trash and went to put a bottle of water in the fridge. Top of fridge had so much dust on it, I could write my name in the dust ( but I didn’t… lol ) On to the bathroom, let’s just say I will not be showering in that shower. Floor is dark gray to black. Just can’t do it. The air conditioner literally sounded like an airplane ready for take off. At this point we are laughing about how ridiculous this room is and that they pride their selves on cleanliness. Now it’s bed time, pull down the blankets and the bed is horribly made. Sheets not staying on the bed. In the middle of the night, my husbands pillow fell on the floor. He picked it up and there was long red hair on it. He ended up, no joke, with a long red hair in his mouth. So let’s just say we’ve had better rooms but still enjoyed ourselves. Will we give this hotel another try, maybe??!…

This Home2 has great outdoor space to lounge in the evenings. Spacious Clean Rooms. Right off I-44 behind Cracker Barrel. Nice breakfast in the morning. Friendly Staff! I highly recommenced the Wing place off Glenstone: WINGS ECT!!

Great stay, Room was cleanish except for shower and dishwasher. Bed and pillow most comfortable ever stayed. Priced on high side but after a swim a great night sleep. And even better breakfast. Would like to see access after hours on end doors.
