As always Hilton is The best place to stay . This place was set up for a short or long stay , very spacious set up well for convenience. Close to the hiway easy to travel stop. Easy check in. Check out. Nice breakfast , coffee and tea available always.
Most important is the Comfortable bed. Pleasantly Clean room. Air temperature just right like I set the control. Room service was quick and professional. . The Food was good and as expected. I prefer home but this made being away from home less stressful
It was a very nice place to stay even for just a night. I asked for 2 room s together and was given connecting rooms. Which my grand children absolutely loved. They also enjoyed the warm pool. I just wish they had a sheet on the bed and turned pillows. I would differently come back or stay in others Hiltons.
In general, this property appears to be an average HGI, but two main things seriously detract: A) Extremely poor room lighting. The room we occupied had three very dim lights; it was impossible to read our newspapers and books anywhere in the room, and B) Cold room: the thermostat was "adjustable" but it adjusted nothing. The room was very cold and trying to sleep was difficult. We were on floor 5. The noise from the heater was loud--it is really old. Either the heating system is bad or the owners/managers are trying to save a lot of money on utilities. Front desk welcome was cold, unpleasant and the dark-haired clerk made fun of us (Why?) that we were not gold members (I broke my hip and have been unable to travel). We ate the prepared hot breakfast which was, as always, good, but there was almost nothing else to eat--no fruit, no yogurt, no juice--just toast and oatmeal. Breakfast service was excellent. As decades-long Hilton Honors members, we've stayed in hundreds of Hiltons all over the world over the years. This is not one of their best, by far.…
The hotel was great. Everything was clean and everything was great. The front desk crew were great. This was one of the cleanest stays we’ve had in a hotel. Great job housekeeping. Our room as also very quiet. The bed was comfortable.
Decent and clean hotel Staff attitudes could improve Breakfast adequate but nothing to write home about Hotel is really dated and foul use some updating Location is excellent with many restaurants local
Great location off the busy path. Very clean and courteous staff. In town to visit our college student. Not close to MSU but area was much less busy. Less than a mile from the Springfield Nature Center. Great place to hike to hike in the morning while waiting for our college kid to wake up.
If you like firm beds and dealing with people who have no business working the front desk then this hotel is for you. It was clean, and big; however don’t expect a reasonable rate, breakfast, smiles, or directions of how things in that location work. If you have low expectations then you will be okay. If you are use to the HILTON treatment standards, then you should probably find a different location as this one will not meet the Hilton expectations that I have come to love and enjoy.,
From the first invitation to a pizza party to checkout this has been one of the most welcoming hotels that I have ever stayed at. All of the staff were focused on making our stay a memorable time. If you are coming to Branson this is the place to stay!
Very nice Hilton Garden Inn. It is conveniently located and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was nicely appointed and the housekeeping and breakfast staffs were awesome. I will certainly stay here again.
