Detailed Reviews
My husband and I finally got to getaway for a few days after two years. We were looking for a hotel with a suite, breakfast/restaurant, and bar. According to the website, this was the place, except in reality there was no food, Starbucks or alcohol. They did have wine and a couple things in their pantry that you could buy and fix for yourself, and coffee was out 24-7. My guess is that it has been this way for a while and that the website hadn’t been updated. I was angry because we were choosing a hotel for these amenities.
The staff there was absolutely amazing and was the best part of the stay! Our room was extremely spacious and faced the courtyard. Highway noise wasn’t disturbing. It was nicely furnished and comfortable with large flat screen TVs, which was a nice treat. Unfortunately, we were unable to get Netflix to work, even after having someone come up to help. I gotta say, she was there in less than 5 min. though. The bed seemed a little small for a king, but it was soooo comfortable and I slept extremely well. There was tons of counter space in the living room as well as the sink section of the outer bath area. I was surprised that there was only a single sink in it. The lighting in the whole suite was pretty dim. A lighted make up mirror is desperately needed due to this. The bathroom showed it’s age and wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been, yet wasn’t gross. The shower head had a very wide spray that was unable to be adjusted, and felt weak.
All in all, if you are looking for a comfortable bed, this is where you want to be. The personnel is top notch and everything is lacking at this point.

We stayed here for a trip to the Ozarks-Branson area, the GM Donovan Fandrick is very attentive and arranged a room to our liking prior to our arrival. It's not often you find GMs that are hands-on like this. We were upgraded as elite Bonvoy members, the property is very clean and the outside is new and nicely upgraded. The rooms could welcome a remodel and they are probably coming in the near future. The lightning was kinda dark in the bathroom, I disliked that very much. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and the A/C worked great, our housekeeper was friendly and gave us all that we needed for our 4 day stay. The breakfast at the Bistro in the morning was delicious. During our stay, we enjoyed that the property was really quiet, we barely heard any noise from the outside. Thank you for the hospitality Mr. Fandrick. Cheers!

I stayed here with my son for one night because we were in town for a family event. Overall, this is a "very good" motel, but far from "excellent." The woman who checked us in was absolutely fantastic. She was so nice and pleasant to deal with.
The rooms are very OK. We were on a highway facing side of the hotel and we could hear the sound of the passing traffic from the interstate pretty much the entire night. The hotel is situated right off the interstate, so this was disruptive. They do have a small convenience-style restaurant with some basic food items in the lobby, but it is expensive and it's tough for me to get over the idea of actually paying for breakfast in the mornings. I appreciate the convenience of being able to buy a beer in the lobby instead of leaving the property to do so, but breakfast should be included or much less expensive than it is.
The whole staff was very friendly and the room was clean enough. it was obvious that in the bathrooms, the duct had been spray painted to conceal what I can only imagine was rust, but the room itself was in acceptable condition.
Overall, we probably wouldn't stay here again mostly because of the noise from the road, but at $100/night, the price was fair for a mid-grade full service hotel.

We made a reservation on Hotels.com for a room with a jetted tub . When we got there we were given an accessible jetted tub room . The accessible bathroom was not that clean they were poorly patched holes in the walls. The showerhead was mounted in the middle of the shower area so that it faced outward toward the opposite wall and toilet. It was detachable, but when I went to reach to on attach the showerhead to use it the whole thing fell off the wall so I had to screw it back onto the wall . When I turned on the water because the showerhead was attached to the middle of the shower the water sprayed everywhere. The water from the shower Poured out onto the floor of the bathroom where the toilet was because the platform for the shower was above the floor for the toilet and there was a slant from the platform for the shower down to the floor for the toilet with no ridge to collect water.
The door was splattered with some type of dirt paint something I don’t know . The room did not look that clean nor was it a three star type room by any means . When I went and told the lady at the front desk about it she just smiled and shrugged it off . We went to get a cuppa coffee and the coffee cost 2.70 even though when we checked in the lady said there was complementary coffee . The restaurant breakfast was expensive and we did not eat at the hotel. We will not be coming back to this hotel.

When we booked this room we were told parking was free for up to 7 days. When we checked in it was changed to $7 a day. Upon returning back we called for the free hotel shuttle and were on hold for 10 minutes only to be told they had no shuttle that nite but could call a taxi and it would be there in 30 minutes. We will NEVER use this property in our lifetime.

Typical Marriott. Nice staff. Very clean. Room was clean and nice. HVAC worked well. Some highway noise. The breakfast consisted of muffins, coffee and overripe bananas. I think this may be a COVID situation.

I’m still trying to find a decent hotel in Springfield, MO. This Courtyard does not meet any criteria. It may be convenient to a very small regional airport, but hardly a draw. There are no restaurants within a 15 minute drive in frustrating traffic. The front desk was rude and ignored me at check in. 2 associates on their computers - neither acknowledged me until they were done with their typing. The only thing they assured me of was
that I would not be receiving any maid service.
The mobile key system and online Check in doesn’t work. They don’t care about the Bonvoy program. And my physical key card couldn’t open up the exterior doors on the side of the building (even though the typed 8.5” by 11” paper said it would.
The person working at the “bistro” avoided eye contact at all times - hoping nobody bothered her. They don’t serve their complimentary breakfast on Sunday ( “sorry for the Inconvenience”).
The room was severely out of date, worn carpet, and complete with a Non-flushing toilet. It kind of flushed. And yet it didn’t work.
Maybe the biggest insult was the price gauging bottle of “Life” water in the room. $4.00 charge if you drink it. Not so bad in a full service hotel, terrible in a zero service hotel.
Skip this one.

Bought a room because there was a photo of a hot tub with the pool… get there and check in, go up to our room and it smelled awful. We look at the AC and there’s a literal mice nest inside. We then decide to check out the pool/hot tub and there was no hot tub where the photo showed it to be. Needless to say we got our refund and left.

First the positives- Staff is very nice and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The beds are comfortable and the room was pretty clean. Unfortunately, there does not appear to be much current upkeep happening. The door to the bathroom on our ground floor room did not shut or open all the way. It must be hung slightly crooked. I could squeeze through the opening to get into the bathroom but if you were larger you had to shove the door to get it past the tile floor. Once you tried to close the door it wouldn’t latch. The light bulb was burned out in one of the lamps and the coffee maker didn’t work. It took about 3 weeks to get the deposit for “incidentals” back. We would likely use in the future because it’s so close to the airport but with traveling down I would think it would be easy to check out each room looking for items that might need fixed.

We loved this place to finish our last night before flying out. No extra fees and location was good. The customer service was awesome upon check in. Business Computers weren't working so she printed out our boarding passes at the front desk and kept apologizing for the business computers being down. Wish I new her name but it was around 6 pm Jan 3rd.
We grabbed a drink at the bar and laid on the lounge sofas by the fireplace watching tv.
Awesome place and highly recommend it.
