We were in town for a tournament and needed a comfy room with space to throw our bags and sprawl out in between matches. We had more than enough space. We had lot's of counter and surface room to prepare snacks, watch tv and hang out as a group. I highly recommend this property! Ask for a bottom floor, corner room. Parking spots are feet away, but we never heard noise! Well insulated walls. We literally checked out by leaving through the patio sliding doors. Ha!
Checked in late evening at the hotel, which was located in a nice area. Check-in person was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The room was extremely clean and comfy. We slept well on the nice mattresses. The next morning we got to experience the best breakfast at a hotel, ever. The selection of food was wonderful. The staff worked hard to keep items stocked and seemed to be cleaning, sweeping and tidying up constantly. We would definitely stay there again when in the area again. THANK YOU!!
Absolutely loved it! Room was amazing. Spacious, full appliances, guest laundry on floor, walk in tile shower. Super comfortable beds, great smart tv. Spacious lobby with fire place. Above average gym and friendly staff. Good location to get in and out of. Surprise plus. Loved smart tv that had YouTube and I could log into Netflix Cons. Breakfast was average. Only outdoor pool if you have kiddos in winter
Our room was clean and spacious and everyone was nice. The issues were - It is very loud. Walls are thin. You hear everything. Pets are allowed here, and I loooove pets, but dogs were barking all around us all night. It's a family place, so kids are screaming and crying all night. - The beds are the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. It felt like a blanket on a sheet of plywood. If you like hard mattresses, this won't bother you at all. If you suffer from back pain or such, you will be miserable when you wake up. - Breakfast was super crowded. People were standing to eat. Sitting on the floor in the lobby eating. Just so unpleasant. The food was very old. Stale bread. Couldn't even scoop out brown sugar for the oatmeal. It is literally a solidifed brick. Go change out your breakfast stuff guys. I know it's free but dang. …
We have definitely got to say this is the best residence Inn we’ve ever been to, we have stayed a lot of them and by all standards this tops them all. From the moment you check in everyone is so welcoming and friendly, also want to send a big shout out to the lady who was working the breakfast buffet this weekend she did an amazing job hard-working and making sure we were all greeted and taken care of
A clean spacious room, with all the amenities you need. We stayed here overnight on a cross country trip & will stay again in the future. The staff was helpful & friendly, especially Stacy Calvert who went above & beyond . The Marriott Corp is lucky to have her. Would recy.
We arrived here in the evening to an amazing cheerful person at the front desk. Her name was Lillith. She was so sweet and sunshine on a cloudy day. You never know what just being nice can do to someone's day. We were tired and sleepy and just got off the road passing through for a one night's stay and man was she just what my family needed. The room was very nice. The next morning we were greeted by housekeeping in the hall who spoke to us, as well as someone else at the front desk as soon as we got off the elevators. This place looks like another small hotel from the outside, but boy do they need to train people at the larger hotels. They get an A+.
Family members met up at the hotel. Our collective experience was of outstanding attention to all things we found important. Our rooms and the common areas were in good condition and clean. The breakfast was a cut above what I expected. The hotel was in an area with good access to amenities and staff went out of their way to be helpful. This was especially true of the desk staff. When family needed to extend their stay because of an unexpected emergency, the staff made arrangements to house them even though the hotel was at full occupancy. I was so impressed.
This was our first time at this Residence Inn and we are very pleased with cleanliness of the hotel, our room and everything else. We booked one bedroom suite and we absolutely loved it. Air conditioning / heating system was perfect and worked great. WIFI was strong. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water and a great water pressure. Customer service was one of the best we ever experienced. It was a combination of hospitality and high Marriott's standards at the same time. Staff were very accommodating, responsive, well mannered, professional and knowledgeable. We had a nice breakfast in the morning. It was well replenished and typical brand's fare. Their outdoor hot tub is seasonal and was closed for the season, which I knew about, so it wasn't misleading. It wasn't a problem that particular night, since we had other things on the agenda. Based on this stay, we would definitely return.…
We cannot say enough about this property and the staff! Arrived at 3:am and received a warm welcome from night staff. Our room was perfect, very clean . Every staff person we met so friendly, helpful! Stacy at the desk, Jeremy from housekeeping! We have traveled to quite a few places this year and this was the best place we stayed! Thank you Residence Inn Springfield and all your staff for a great visit!
