Stayed here for a business trip but brought dear wife so we could enjoy together and have a little getaway over Labor Day weekend. Everything about this property is just great. From the helpful and polite staff to the cleanliness and amenities, this property exceeds my expectations of a Hilton and is an excellent value. I look forward to coming to Springfield in the future so we can stay here again.
While I was only here one night, that one night was amazing. Love the digital key option. The room was amazing and would have been great for a longer stay. Will look to stay at Homewood on a going forward basis! Was only a stop on our road trip, but I highly recommend!
Friendly staff. Nice patio area. The hotel is extremely clean in all areas. The cleaning staff is amazing. Renee was constantly vacuuming, cleaning the bathrooms, etc. Breakfast staff Saturday morning were friendly, made sure everyone had what they needed and kept the breakfast area spotless! We will definetly return.
Friendle service, overall. Would stay here again. Breakfast was the usual. No noise at night. The only reason I’m rating 4 stars instead of 5 is that we asked for 2 bottles of water on our second night there and was told we would need to pay for them. We are Diamond members, so thought that was pretty disappointing. It barely pays to be a Diamond anymore. Lots of perks have dwindled.
Stayed at this little gem for 3 nights while in town for a family reunion of sorts. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the "omelets" for breakfast. not much flavor, but there is a ton of other options to choose from. This place is a great location on the south side of town.
This is a newer hotel with nice amenities. The breakfast left a little to be desired. The eggs and hash browns were luke warm at best and I got them right when the server brought them out. They have a waffle iron, cereal, bagels, and fruit as well, so it wasn't a total loss. We found something to eat. The room was great and the television was a very nice HDTV.
Let me begin by saying I am a Hilton diamond member and have stayed at multiple Hilton properties across America and Europe - 112 nights already this year! This location and facility are excellent but the Management team needs replaced immediately! And the customer service is pathetic! It is NOT ran up to Hilton standards! Just one of the many examples from my unsatisfactory experience… I was told I could have a late checkout (1:30) due to a business meeting, but they called multiple times and tried to enter my room from 11:00 - 1:00 - interrupting my business! I finished my meetings and left at 12:55. And after having gone I noticed that my card had been charged for an extra night. I talked to The manager and they said that if a guest checks out after 1:00 they are charged for an additional night!! I informed them that I left before 1:00 and was told I could stay until 1:30 if needed. He said that housekeeping told him that I had told them I was not leaving until 3:30??? I didn’t even talk to housekeeping! And we were having this conversation at 1:40 and I was already gone from the hotel! Since it was a Saturday he said I would have to call the GM on Monday because she doesn’t “come in” on weekends and try to get a refund! I told him this is nothing short of extortion! This team is very unprofessional and indulge in lying and blaming each other for their pathetic customer service! I wish Hilton would step in and defend their brand name by replacing this entire management team and leadership staff!!!…
This is a really nice hotel. Brand new and nicely decorated. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, very spacious. Nice variety for breakfast, quiet evening. Good location. Will definitely be staying here again.
