This room is very dated with pieces of chipped paint on Doors. The refrigerator had been left open by room service personnel and so the ice on the ice icebox was probably 2 inches thick. Possibly the smallest room I have ever been given and when I complained about the size of the room the same person who checked me in said "oh didn't they tell you that our handicapped rooms are smaller?" WiFi did not work and when I inquired about I was told the only person who can check it works days. Avoid b.v this motel unless you enjoy aggravation

this was a last minute reservation. The motel looked fairly nice on outside and staff was friendly . But the room was clean it needed maint, ceiling tile in bathroom was fallin out due to a leak at some point in the room above.

The hotel was clean for what we saw, but it was painfully obvious that very little money was spent on upkeep of the properties appearance. Our room had a water damaged bathroom ceiling in need of repair and what looked like a mouse hole in one of the walls though no evidence of mice or bugs for that matter were seen. In no way did I feel the hotel was unclean, just poorly maintained. Then there was the Breakfast, or lack thereof. All they offered was coffee and a muffin. If you have kids, they are out of luck unless they like coffee. They tried blaming their lack of choice on covid but I would bet big money on it being a money saving ploy. If I had a choice to stay their again, yes if there were no other choices, but I would not stay there if I had any other choice.

Cigarette Burns in duvets on a non-smoking room drywall corners totally missing drywall mud.. scratches and gouges all over the furniture.. yet they wanted $100 deposit for incidentals??? Breakfast was a joke if you like muffins it's wonderful... Overall overpriced piece of junk..

I know a lot of the reviews here are bad, but I didn’t think the hotel was that bad.
We stayed one night for a wedding next door, and we got what we paid for.
You can’t write terrible reviews, expecting a $70 hotel room to be like a $400 hotel room.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and the TV and A/C worked great. Perfect place for a cheap one night stay

There was too much wrong...the tub needs bleaching, curtains/valance and bed ruffle needs cleaned. Hole in ceiling, gap at front door and slam/ check for that it closed and locked. Had 3 people could only get two wash cloths. Towels thread thin and torn. Smoke detector light not blinking, probably not working.

First and last time we will use this location. My Review title pretty much sums up my stay
Who made the decision to make the room(s) that small , did'nt have customer comfort in mind.

Door keys did not operate half the time. Bathroom was not clean. Not enough bath towels were provided and the one provided had holes in them. Ceiling had big areas of peeling paint. Pillows were hard to sleep on.

I made a reservation for a room that was pet friendly, king size bed, and non smoking. When we arrived they claimed I messed up the reservation and I ended up in a smoking room which they charged me extra for, and a queen size bed. The room itself was very dated, paint falling off the walls and so small they could not even put a chair in it. People were fighting on the top floor, doors slamming and we had roaches in our room. I left the dead evidence in the bathroom. I would avoid this place at all cost.

I made my usual online reservation and then quickly completed the mobile check-in to make it easy.
When I got to this Days Inn, I said I had done the mobile check-in and the lady at the desk, said may I see your id? I said, don't you recognize me from my license pic I had already sent!? She said, well I still need to verify. I then handed my license to her and she said, that will be $70.86 and I had already paid it online. But wait, there's more, she also stated that there would be a $100 charge for incidentals.
At this point, having enough of the less than royal treatment, I said that this Wyndham Diamond member would cancel this reservation, and she told me it was cancelled, however it wasn't. So I called Diamond member services where they told me it hadn't been cancelled and I asked the representative to please cancel that reserve and book another.
All these years I have never been charged for incidentals and normally receive an appropriate upgrade on my room.
This property also won't allow their own residents to stay here if they live within 60 miles of this property, this is very upsetting!
I will never visit this property again and I hope the front desk staff goes through re training and never treats guests in this manner again.
Therefore this property deserves a score of Less Than Zero!!!
