Friendly staff and a beautiful bed & breakfast. We are so glad we stayed here and couldn’t ask for a more central location in Springfield. The room was perfect and the homemade cookies everyday were wonderful.

Everything about this B & B was perfect. The staff was wonderful, the room was well manicured and cared for, the breakfast was great and the ambiance of it all was terrific. We definitely will come back next time we are in Springfield.

The wife and I enjoyed staying at the Walnut in greatly. We live not far out of town, but we like to stay in town when we attend a show where driving home late may be unwise. We stayed at the Walnut inn primarily because everything else was booked up due to a conference. Well

Monday through Friday we serve breakfast from 7 to 9. Friday and Saturday we serve from 8 to 10. We have a community table and a server, no buffet. Our breakfasts are fabulous!
