Manager was rude and refused to answer simple questions. The rooms were dirty and unclean. I had a huge bug walking around in the bathtub. I called and spoke to a female manager and she refused to do anything about it. She said, "You get what you paid for!".
I felt like this was less of a hotel and more of section 8 housing. Some shady characters around and not the cleanest room. I'm not sure it had been remodeled since the 80s, so if your expectations are very low, it's not terrible
If you like having free breakfast at a hotel, don't choose this one for that option. They had hardly anything to offer to even call it breakfast. The 3 cereal options were all sugary cereals. The milk for the cereal was luke warm at best. The pastries selection was just 2 kinds of muffins. There was bread for toast but no butter for the toast. The only fruit option was overripe bananas. I don't remember even seeing yogurt as an option. The owners of this place are too cheap to provide waffles and boiled eggs like most hotels I have stayed at. On the other hand, the front desk staff was super nice, I didn't have any issues with check in or out. The rooms were super clean. I didn't receive any maid service by choice so I can't rate that. It was nice quiet stay as far as the room itself was concerned. …
I always struggle with a poor review on places. The price here was reasonable enough at $99 per night. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. The hallway was clean and fresh looking. But...... at first glance the room appeared to be clean. Notably, It wasn't gross. It mainly just needed to be cleaned thoroughly. There was a leftover tooth picker under the chair. There was accumulated dust and dirt around the floorboards. The lamp shades were cracked and worn... just little things that the hotel could make right. The bed did not sleep well. It was a lumpy mattress that even my 6 foot husband struggled to get in and out. Finally, the breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. Bananas, cereal, orange juice, milk, coffee, toast, and some muffins. The area was clean and the attendant was friendly. This review was not meant to be mean or picky... just informative.…
Wyndham chain should be proud of this hotel & customer service it staffs provides. Everyone from housekeeper to front desk staff were so friendly. Room was very clean as well. It was an uneventful stay in a good way!
Overall it was a wonderful stay. Friendly staff clean room was all we could ask for. I wish they had more breakfast menu items but other than that it was all good. There was lot of restaurant just in the surrounding area
We really enoyed our couple nights stay at this days inn. Ashley was very kind and accomodating to our group. Room and the building were very clean. Breakfast was okay for this type of hotel but there were eatery places right across the street.
My husband and I travel a lot. Due to the past experiences with the days inn we had given up on this brand. The only reason we stayed here because there were no other rooms available else where. However we enjoyed staying here for the nights that we were there...
What a great experience staying at this days inn. Front desk staff to the management satff asll were very helpful and friendly. Wish they had more breakfast option but it was still a great. We are staying here again next month.
I'm rating this motel as poor. I will not make another reservation at this motel, or have anyone stay there, until they upgrade the facilities. The staff there was very helpful, but I feel their hands are tied because of lack of management taking care of the problems
