Great stay! Beds were comfortable, quite room, walking distance to restaurants and gas station. Easy access to highway and secure parking. I even recommend getting a pizza from the Casey’s gas station next door then ask for plates from the front desk and have a nice relaxing night in. We will be back soon.

We were impressed. The room and bathroom were both very clean and well stocked with necessities like toilet paper and towels. The room was up-to-date, and nothing on the premises was run down. This hotel seems to be well cared for and well maintained. The pool and pool area were very clean. The hallway was air-conditioned, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made a special point that we had everything we needed. This hotel is in a good location with two very delicious restaurants within walking distance, some fast food within walking distance, a Walmart and Sam’s Club right across the street, and very close to the highway entrance. We walked around the nearby neighborhood after dinner, and it seemed to be very safe. DECISION: We will be staying here again.

The beds were comfortable. I was happy to see that unlike most places I have stayed the last year they have gone back to a full breakfast instead of grab and go. I was a little disappointed that though the room had a mini refrigerator it did not have a microwave. Also slightly disappointed but not a huge deal was that only a shower was provided. I would definitely stay here again. A final note the hold they put on my card for a deposit has yet to drop off even though my stay was a week ago. If you need you need your money back quickly as in the next day or two you might want to be careful which card you use.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable . The shower had great water pressure and was hot and roomy. The staff was friendly. The room was quiet. The breakfast was mediocre but the was coffee was good. We will return to it when we visit Springfield again

I am handicapped so reserved a handicapped accessible room. The bathroom was great, hand rail by the toilet do I could pull myself up. A roll in shower with a chair was easy to use, also had many rails to hang on to. There was enough room around the bed for my walker to pass through. The BIG problem was the bed. I know all the motels these days are using premium mattresses but they are so high that they are difficult for me to get into. My hips barely touched the top of it . I could sort of lean onto it then my husband had to lift my legs up on the bed. That was definitely a problem every time I had to get in or out of the bed.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wanted a room that was very quiet and they found a room that met my needs. The refrigerator in my room wasn’t cooling well and in a matter of minutes someone replaced it. I would definitely suggest if you’re in the Springfield area to consider the Sleep Inn for your accommodations.

Older hotel but very clean! Locale is convenient. Beds were comfy and room was spacious. Decor was modern. Breakfast options were good. Hot items were all frozen and thawed/microwaved unappealing - but good variety of other items to choose from. Room ammenities included hair dryer, coffee maker, mini fridge. Bath had a spacious standup shower, no tub. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again. *if you book through a 3rd party site be aware you must give hotel a credit card they charge $150 deposit to at checking, and it takes up to 2 weeks to be refunded.

My sister & I stayed here for just one night but were very happy with the cleanliness of the room & bathroom, the lighting in the parking lot & the ability to walk to nearby restaurants after having been in the car for hours. The young woman who checked us in was sweet & also seemed concerned as to if we may have to walk a bit to our room. Seriously, we have had to walk much more to get to our room at high end resorts. This was not much walking at all. We will stay here again if in the area.

The hotel is very conveniently located at a major highway intersection but was still quiet. The staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and modern. Pool and hot tub were both well kept. The breakfast was nicer than most we've seen during Covid. All the safety measures were observed, such as masks and distancing.

Pleasantly surprised with this stay. First time using a Sleep Inn, which is in the budget group, and was surprised to find out that it is just as nice, and in some ways nicer than the more expensive chains. The building looks quite new, not sure how old it is, but it's nice. The room was very clean and smelled great, not old and musty like most other budget rooms. The shower was amazing and spacious. Smaller room but still enough room for my family of 5 to set up our folding cot. Breakfast was amazing as well, one of the only ones still serving hot food after COVID. They had the full spread, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. Highly recommend this place.
