Nice hotel and room but the wifi is terrible! They advertise faster wifi for extra $$ which I ended up upgrading and the wifi is still terrible. It’s the same network as the “regular” wifi and just as slow! Don’t waste your money. They also advertise weekly housekeeping but it’s actually every 2 weeks. Otherwise- it’s an ok stay.

Had two rooms for a week and both were spacious and comfortable. We were on the third floor and was relatively quite. Everything worked properly and was able to work during the week through the hotel basic wifi. Laundry availability was great.
Some of the short comings is that kept smelling weed even though the hotel is suppose to be smoke free. One room had a distinct musty smell. They scheduled the hvac units to be cleaned and our rooms were done on the 4th of July and with traveling with 2 cats needed to wait until after lunch before they got our room done to be able to enjoy our holiday. Toilets are too short and uncomfortable to use. Lighting needs updates as well as the faucets as they were leaking. Lack of outlets in the rooms compared to other ESAs. Also no handycap button to open lobby door.

I do agree with others that the room could have been a little cleaner (I am very OCD, so some people may not have had a problem at all), but it really wasn't horrible considering the price. Overall I can't complain because it was a decent room for the price and I wasn't expecting the amenities of a 5-star hotel. I felt safe, I was warm, and staff was friendly. I had to stay overnight there due to a snow storm, and I would stay there again if I had to.

When I arrived there was some confusion about my reservation, however the staff was quick to find a resolution, the stay was excellent as the room was clean and well kept. I was also able to setup my gaming system and use the WiFi and got unexpectedly great service as well. I will definitely be recommending people to stay at this location 👍🙌

There was no carpet, just vinyl floors so there was no sound dampening. The room was cold, with a very thin blanket, and the people above me were moving furniture around until 2 a.m. keeping me up. The faucet in the sink dripped all night, and I could not get it turned off. It was very basic and not comfortable at all. I won't be staying here again. I had to check out a day early because of the noise, but they still charged me for the second day.

Extended Stay recently took over the Wyndham. The hotel advertises kitchens and while they have kitchens, they are not fully outfitted and in fact they are not outfitted at all. The kitchens were a conversion from the old hotel. The staff said all items are on back order. If that’s the case, they should charge a commensurate rate because you can’t use the kitchen. This hotel is not setup for extended stays yet. The pool is filthy. The gym only has a couple of machines and every one is broken with the covers off. The rooms are only cleaned once a week. The parking lot is covered by a broken glass so park as close to the entrance and under a light if possible.

I had the pleasure of staying in several different rooms over the course of several weeks. The best part about the place is the awesome staff. Jessie, Vicky, and Lance to name a few, were so very friendly and helpful. The rooms were basically clean, the only real complaint i had was the shower, their shower heads are awful. It could use a more thorough cleaning, but all in all it was nice and comfortable.

Right from walking in the front door, the staff was friendly, responsive, and willing to help. The room was very clean and comfortable. It made to a great stay. Booking, check-in, and check-out were all hassle free. Great place to stay.

We spent Valentines weekend here and it was delightful. Even though they were short staffed the people there were very helpful and nice. The room was clean, water pressure great, we got plates from the front desk and had a nice midnight dinner. Love that they request quiet hours. We will stay there again

We stayed at this facility for 3 months because of my mother being in the nursing home. I don't believe there is a pool, but I was preoccupied with my mom's illness so might have missed it.
There are more places to choose from in the Springfield area.
